The Speech

I got there right when the elders started there story about the rise of the Garde.

So the story go's that thousands of years ago the planet was being poisoned and polluted by the loriens.

The elders realized they were killing the planet so they stop using gases and started using loralite ( a crystal) to power everything. The planet rewarded the loric by giving the one of of us that are pure powers. Thus the Garde were born.

" Now" said Pittacus lore( the ruling elder and my grandfather) " I know that you are scared and nervous but don't worry." He paused " we are the Garde and we will stand strong!" Every clapped but me and Pittacus looked right at me. I just shrugged. Then i looked for Mary she was standing a few yards away talking to her friend, Jane I think.

I waved and she smiled and gestured for me to come over I started walking when the training directed Conner stood "Now there will be three tests: mental, physical and emotional." He said. "The mental will test how quick you think and the physical will test you agility and the emotional will test your reactions to extreme conditions. Good luck he said you'll need it. "Here we go" I said to Mary. She just laughed.
