Jess P.O.V. The next day at school I arrived to find Olivia back. I jogged over to her and explained everything that has gone on and what my father asked me to do. Olivia: Do you think it is a good idea? I mean do u think that he will accept? Me: I have no idea. Olivia: well here is you chance to ask him. As soon as she said this my head snapped over to the double doors that had slammed open and there walked in Jason but something inside of me erupted with joy. Strange. I took a deep breath and made my way over to where he was now standing by his locker. Me: Hey Jason. Jason: Oh hey Jess, what's up? Me: Can I talk to you for a sec? Jason: Sure? We made our way over to the end of the hall where we made sure no one could hear us. Jason: What's goin on Jess? Is everything alright? Are you in trouble? Do you need me to beat anyone's ass? Me: Jason, I'm not in trouble, I'm fine, but I need to ask you something. Jason: What? Me: How would you react if a gang asked you to join them? Jason: Well... What gang would it be that's asking? Me: yea... Maybe, sorta... Mine? You could hear my heart racing as I waited for him to answer. Jason: Yea sure. Me: Really? You do know what your getting yourself into right? Jason: Yea, I use to be in a gang but me and the leader didn't really see eye to eye, so I left and yea it will be good to get back at them for what they did to my hole familly. Me: What happened to your family? Jason: That's for another day. I nodded and told him to meet me by my locker so that he could meet the gang and my father can tell him our plans and expectations. I just hope that things go well and that we can catch the gang soon because I want a taste of being normal again even if it is just for one day.
