- freckles :
freckles are super important. if you have them, flaunt em. they're so cute omg. there are tons of tutorials on youtube on how to make fake freckles. i just take a dark brown matte eyeshadow, put it on my face, and then brush it off so they're light and cute. you can also do glitter freckles.

mascara :
just use lots of mascara lol (my fav is the elf volume plumping mascara. $4.99 i believe but dont quote me on it.)
lips: use lots of nude/pink/burgundy lipstick. (my fav is the NYX lip lingerie in babydoll. $9.99 at my local london drugs)
