Normal POV
"I heard that the assassin they sent before, Akabane Karma, failed to assassinate the octopus. That means that we could still have a chance on getting the reward if we send one of our subject at the academy. What would you want to do boss?" The assistant finish reporting to his boss.
"I knew that the government will fail but if we send one of our subject and explain to them their ability, then they might approve to let us have a chance." The called 'boss' have an evil smirk plastered on his face.
"So who should we send boss?" The assistant question.
"The best subject we have had so far." The boss replied while combining his hand and placing it under his chin.
"Electro it is." The assistant was about to release the so called Electro but his boss prevented him from doing so.
"I said the best subject not the second best." As soon as the assistant understood what his boss was trying to say, he widen his eyes in fear.
"But sir, she's dangerous! Not only dangerous, she's-" The assistant tried protesting but there wasn't anything he could do to change his boss' s mind.
"Like what I told you, we're sending our best subject and so far, Enchantress is our best and far more powerful than the rest of the other subject that we have created." The boss explained and his assistant sigh in defeat.
"Fine, if you say so sir but I'm warning you, she may be our best subject and even if we own her, she's the only subject whom we cannot control it's mind or heart." The assistant said.
"That is why we're sending her so we can find out what to change and what to not change. Treat it like an experiment." The boss laugh maniacally.
"Well, don't say I didn't warn ya!" And with that, the assistant left to release the so called Enchantress.
The assistant called Greg so he could help him from releasing you.
"Best subject, bah! Best subject your face! We all know that she's dangerous and yet, he chose her!" The assistant was cursing under his breath while walking towards your cellar. "I'll show him that Electro is the best subject we ever had!"
"Why do you hate this Enchantress so much? Is she really that dangerous?" Greg question the assistant.
"She is far beyond dangerous. I don't even know why our boss still kept her alive." The assitant annoyingly replied.
"I see... if she's that dangerous, may I know what's her ability?" Greg was getting more curious towards the Enchantress.
"Greg, I know you only started here last week so I won't blame myself for being curious but I won't explain what the Enchantress can do. She will show you what she can do later but for now, can you stop with the questions please? I cannot concentrate well when you're spitting all over my face." The assistant answered.
"Understood." Greg nodded and patiently followed the Assistant.
'Enchantress huh? Just how dangerous can she be?' Greg thought as he tried to picture the Enchantress in his head but failed since he doesn't have any description or information of what the Enchantress would look like.
He wanted to know more about the Enchantress so desperate, but he didn't know the reason of why he wanted to meet you that badly. Maybe because you're the only subject that he hasn't seen yet.
'From all of the subjects that I have seen, the Enchantress is the only person, or more like metahuman, that I haven't met or seen. In fact, this is the first time that I heard her name. Why were they hiding her anyway?' Greg thought.
When the both of them reach the room of where the Enchantress's cellar was, they both entered and the assistant has to enter a pass code on the machine that was beside the door. Then a red lazer scan his whole body for confirmation.
On the other hand, Greg step aside and let the assistant do his job.
After the scanner approves, five heavy walls started to raise up from the ground. The cellar of the Enchantress now able to be seen by the both of them but before they can completely open the door, the assistant has to deactivate the electric barrier that was securing the female inside it from escaping.
"Alright Enchantress, it's time to send you for another mission." The assistant said and he started putting the long password to remove the barrier. "I still can't believe he's sending you! The most dangerous subject we ever had! Why can't he just listen to me and send Electro instead?"
The Enchantress was sitting at the corner, sleeping and as soon as she heard the beeping sound, that symbolizes that the electric barrier is gone, she lifted her head up to see the two humans in front of her.
Greg scan the female in front of him from head to toes as the Enchantress stood up. The female have h/c that reach all the way to her ankle and she has e/c eyes.
In his eyes, the female in front of him was like a Goddess to him because of her fascinating beauty. He was stunned and was speechless as well. The female stared at Greg then lock his eyes to the assistant.
"It's been a long time hasn't it... Matthew?" The Enchantress said in a soft yet sweetest voice that anyone could have heard.
"It has indeed. Although I don't understand why the boss would want to send you on this mission." The assistant, Matthew, glare at the female in front of him.
"Aww, don't be so cold now Matthew, come on, have a little fun will ya?" The Enchantress laugh.
"You can't enchant me!" Matthew proclaim while putting an anti-Enchantress headset on.
The female smirk, then her smirk turn into a chuckle.
"What are you laughing at?" Matthew ask in an anger tone.
