I wipe my tears away as I watch them kiss. I cant help but to cry, this is the worst feeling ever. I think it's just me na masyado lang naaapektuhan sa mga bagay-bagay.
"Ms.Lalisa! Get ready. You're next"
Ohmygash! Dali-dali naman akong kumuha ng tissue at pinunasan ang luha ko. I shoudn't be watching a drama right now but I can't help it, Rosé keeps blabbering about it noong nag videocall kami kahapon. I think I'll just contour my face then Im ready at sana hindi ako pagalitan ng make-up artist ko.
"Ms.Lalisa! Are you ready?"
I just nod to the staff and we made our way to the room. Kahit ilang beses ko na tong ginagawa nakakakaba pa din naman. I heard some gasps around the room probably they're shock to see me here.I just smiled at them.Who would thought that I would get this kind of endorsement? Well, Im doing this stuff for Jisoo.
"Hi! Im Joshua the director for today's shoot and this is Vernon my asst. director"
They both offered me a handshake and I gladly accept it eventhough I dont like the stare of that Vernon guy. For the sake of professionalism, I've been doing this for almost four years already.Wala naman akong magagawa I just hope na matapos na to ng matiwasay.They just give some instructions on what to do.This is a TVC ad. so I have to exert some efforts lalo na sa scene ngayon na kailangan kong tumakbo.
"Were done!" sigaw ng director matapos ang ilang shoot.
Agad akong umalis sa pwesto ko at nagpasalamat sa mga staff at crew. Dali-dali akong umalis sa kwartong iyon at pumunta sa dressing room ko. Naabutan ko ang mga staff ko na kumakain.
"Kain tayo Lisa, marami pa dito"
Sabi ni Aly she's my make-up artist slash stylist she's been with me since the beginning.
Tinanggihan ko ang alok niya, Im really tired to eat right now. I just want to sleep, I've been doing these modeling stints for past the four years. This is my job, my life I may say. I love being in the runway and sometimes in front of the camera.
"Hi! May I talk to Lalisa?"
Agad akong napamulat sa narinig ko. I knew it! Alam ko na may iba talaga tong balak, I know his type. Agad akong nagsenyas sa staff ko na sabihin na natutulog.
"Ay ser! Natutulog po eh. Pagod po si maam"
"Oh! Sige. I'll just comeback afterwards"
I just sigh on what I've heard.
Narinig ko ang Bulungan ng mga staff ko na gwapo naman daw yung Vernon and all. I just laughed, I know his type and I dont have time for that knowing his real motives. Im not judgmental or what I've encountered a lot of men who's exactly just like him.
"Maam, ba't di pa po kayo nagkakaboyfriend?"
Napaisip ako sa tanong ng isa sa mga staff ko. I dont know how to answer her because that's what Im asking to myself too. I never met someone that who can make my heart beats fast.
"Pihikan ba kayo maam? Nako! Dapat lang nga po sa ganda niyong yan" I just shrugged at nag-isip kung ano ba ang isasagot ko sa kanila.
"Actually hindi naman ako pihikan. Siguro, hindi ko palang talaga nakikilala yung tao na para sakin"
Mabuti nalang at nalipat na din ang topic, Im not really comfortable talking about my lovelife kasi wala naman akong makkwento sa kanila. Im a Hopeless romantic just like any other girls.
Hinihingal ako nang makapasok sa elevator.Jennie called me a while ago, she told me to go here probably its about my contract.She own a clothing line and Im one of her models. Scratch that, Im her favorite model.
"Jennie! Big sis, Imissyou" I immediately clung to her right arm when I saw her. Narinig ko naman ang pag buntong hininga niya.
"Lisa,I missyoutoo but please stop doing that. You're too old for it" I just pout on what she said.
" I love doing it" tumaas ang kilay niya sa sinabi ko.
"Whatever! By the way, Let's the discuss the reason why you're here today" seryoso niyang sabi. Now, Im nervous.
She handed me an envelope. I gasp when I open it. Plane tickets.
"What do u mean by this?"
"Lisa, you need to take a break. You've been working way too much for the past four years. You need that" nakita ko ang pagdaan ng emosyon sa kanyang mukha pero saglit lang.
I know that I needed a vacation but its not the right time. I have a lot of important schedules.
"You know I can't. I have a lot of important schedules especially next month. You know that I already got in in the Victoria Secret fashion show right? Hindi talaga pwede Jennie, as much as I want it pero hindi talaga pwede ngayon"
Gustong-gusto ko talaga makasama sa runway ng Victoria Secret. I've worked hard just to be in that company and in that show, It's a dream come true for every models to be a part of it.
"I know that you really want to be in that show but I cant let you" She handed me another envelope.
"That's the result of your health check-up. Im really worried about your health Lisa pag pinagpatuloy mo pa yan hindi ko na alam ang gagawin.My Mom advised me to give you a break para naman makapagpahinga ka.You should sleep atleast eight hours a day para naman makabawi yung katawan mo and take a rest for now"
Jennie's mom is a doctor and my monthly health check-up didn't turn out good. I know I pushed myself minsan nga wala pa akong tulog because of my work. I just want to grab all the opportunities na dumadating,its once in a life time.
"Paano yung mga kontrata ko?" I can't help but to think about it pwede akong makasuhan dahil doon.
"I'll take care of it but you really need to rest first, Okay? We can't risk your health" I can see the concern in her eyes. I think I really need this.
"Okay, Just make sure na hindi ako magkakaproblema dyan Big sis and I think I need this" I saw her smile.
"Okay, This is your reservation. Make sure to keep it, you'll stay there for a month" She handed me the papers.
"These are the vitamins that you need to take. Mom gave me these and please take care of yourself" She handed me some medicine bottles.
This is the first time for the past four years na makakaalis ako. I cant risk my health and this is for my future too.
" Nasasayangan lang talaga ako sa Victoria Secret" I saw her pout.
"I dont think you'll gonna wear those lingerie na halos wala kanang itatago. There's a perfect time for that. Lisa, this is for your own good. Just listen to your big sis, okay?" Tumango ako sa sinabi niya.
"Just enjoy there and mapalakas ka. You have thirty days to relax and who knows diba? Expect the unexpected"
