My sister is right, to defend my title I must put double the effort in what I do. You also might be wondering, what are you so emotional about not being the only prince in this world? Well, I must tell you my story of my mother. My mother worked for the king and she's always busy but she always got time for me. When I was 7, one night she told me that I was the only prince in the world. She said that I was unique and special and capable of many things others cannot do. One day on Christmas, she got Jerry from the pet store and gave him to me. but now I know that everything she said was WRONG, but it's too late to be mad at her now.... She died a few years back because of a bad virus called Camboleana virus. You probably never heard of it but it's like cancer in our world. My mother died on their anniversary so ever since then, my dad never celebrated that day. He usually mourns on that day and I myself cry too.
"If our mother was here right now, she would be proud of us," said Lizzy.
"Yeah, but she lied to me."
"Mother did not lie to you, she wanted to give you hope!"
There was a moment of silence. "Dad's calling us, we should go," said Lizzy.
"I don't want to see that other guy," I mumbled
"Don't worry, if we do bump into him, I got your back and besides, I'm a higher rank than him," Lizzy said cheerfully.
We soon came out of the creek and as soon as dad saw me, he ran and hugged me. I could tell that he didn't mean to say the things he said to me, I know he just missed mom.
"Now let's go, I plan to make your favorite tonight, flare spicy alfredo chicken soup with a side of squid fries." said dad. "Thanks, dad."
