Chase POV

It's been a month since everything happened at the hotel and shit been mad crazy around here . We all graduated and  are officially done with high school . Me and Caylin been doing good ig . Shit just been a lil off with us , maybe because I been spending damn near everyday at the trap trynna find Amari ass . This shit is funny asl to me because this bitch is using everything i taught him against me.

I walked in my house to see Cay sitting on the couch watching some show on Netflix. After taking my shoes off I went and sat next to her . I pulled her in my lap but she moved back to her spot and didn't say nothing or even look at me . "Baby" I said . She didn't respond , "C" she still didn't respond . I was starting to get irritated . "Caylin you fucking hear me calling you" I yelled standing up from the couch .

She paused the tv and slowly looked up at me . "What the fuck do you want u see me watching tv, right ? So fuck is you bothering me for !" , she yelled turning the show back on . I looked at her confused asl , like why she talking to me like she done lost her damn mind . I really had to stand there and think about wtf today was . It wasn't our anniversary or her birthday so wtf was she mad for .

"Yo who the fuck is you talking to ?" I asked cause she wasn't just finna yell at me like that and think shit was sweet . She sighed heavily and turned the tv off . She stood up and walked to the kitchen . I followed right behind her . "Ummm hello am I talking to myself ?" I said . "Chase I'm really sick of you you take all your damn frustrations out on me like im the one trynna Kill you ! I DIDN'T FUCKING BETRAY YOU , HE DID ! You don't spend time with me anymore . Every time I️ try to get us to go out you spazz for no fucking reason I'm sick of this shit !" She yelled back at me . I just looked down because I knew she was right . I've been treating her like shit but it was only for our protection. I sometimes feel like she deserves better than me . But I'll never just up and tell her that .

I guess I was so stuck in my thoughts I didn't notice that she left .

Caylin POV

I️ got in my car and went straight to Jason house . He been my only sense of sanity recently . As if he knew I️ was outside he opened the front door and stepped on the porch . I️ got out at locked the doors walking straight in to his arms . He hugged me tight as I️ cried on his chest . He walked us into the house and we sat on the couch .

I️ cried for about another 10 minutes with my head on his lap as he sat there rubbing my back and playing in my hair . I️ eventually pulled myself together and sat up right looking at him . He wiped away a stray tear and looked me in my eyes . "What happened?" He asked . I️ told him what happened and he shook his head .

See I️ wasn't the only one noticing Chase's change in behavior . Everybody had peeped it and been staying out of his way . But me , I️ got it the worse because I️ lived with this man. " I️ don't understand why he letting Amari run his life like this . This nigga not even around and he still causing fucking problems " , he said . I️ nodded my head agreeing because the shit was crazy to me .

It's like he became so obsessed with finding him , he won't stop until Amari is found and killed . "This is not healthy Jase. For him or me . It's getting worse . Who knows what he'll do next . AND I️'LL BE DAMNED IF HE START USING ME AS A FUCKING PUNCHING BAG!!" , I️ said standing up pacing back and fourth .

" he won't and I️ won't allow him to" I️ heard Jason say . I️ nodded sitting back down . He pulled me into him , wrapping his arms around me . "I️ gotchu, now can we please just watch this movie now . Been waiting to watch it with yo ass for like 3 weeks " , he huffed and I️ laughed . I️ said okay . And the next 4 hours was spent watching movies with him . I️t put me at rest for the time being . I️ know I'll eventually have to go home . Even though I️ don't want to .
