i woke up with a sudden thud, i jump up, reaching for my bat next to the bed
my eyes scan the room, expecting someone to be in here
it took me a moment to realize that it was just my cat
the only light in my room is coming from the open window, faint moon light peeks through the curtains
i come closer to the cat, going to pet it
jimin steps closer to the cat, when he steps in a cold liquid, his eyes shoot down when pain shoot through his leg, he winces, looking down at his foot. he looks down to see his broken figure on the ground shattered
it takes him a moment to realize what figure it is
he drops his phone on the ground
jeonsa
my favorite glass figure is named jeonsa, he was given to me by yoongi when he was going through a tough time, when he moved here, he barely knew any english
yoongi tought him
its been 8 years and jimin still has some words that he struggles with in english, mainly because he speaks in korean as much as possible, he doesnt want to forget his native language
jeonsa reminded jimin to stay strong, and its one of the only things that he still had of yoongi's
now jeonsa was gone
and there is no way jimin can fix him
there is pieces everywhere, including in his foot
jimin rushes to the bathroom, limping, trying not to step on the foot with glass in it

after cleaning up, jimin lays down in bed again, but not to sleep, but to think
jimin does this thing where he will lay down and close his eyes, but he will think, imagine a different life, a life where things were okay again, a life where his sister was still alive.
It pained jimin to think about this, it really did, but he loved the pain.
No matter how hard jimin tried, he couldnt stop thinking about yoongi
yoongi was his best friend, yoongi was there for him when no one else was, he understood him more than anyone else.
jimin loved yoongi
jimin still loves yoongi
he misses him
in that moment, jimin knew that he needed to patch it up with yoongi, jimin needed a friend
jimin needed yoongi
