This is one of my longest chapters, I think?
Still waiting for your comments.

Ryann
My mom called yesterday, said she was at Sydney for a little break from work. We talked about a little bit of the business then she asked me about the ball.
Ugh the ball. This subject really brings out the worst in me as I rolled my eyes at my mom who was giggling like a teenager on the phone.
Yeah, we're that close and I'm grateful, even though they're always away, she and dad are the greatest.
She just couldn't stop herself on giving me tips on how to look nice and all on the ball, asking me to use MAX Factor make up, and choose the hypo-allergenic ones for my sensitive skin.
Don't think too badly of me, I love my mom and all but this ball is really sickening me. Just thinking of myself in a dress makes me feel stupid already.
"Hey mom! I got to go school now."
"Oh! You're not shoving me off are you?
"Mom!"
"Fine! You can hung up now, of course. And dear?" I hummed in acknowledgement. "You take care. Call me if you need something or anything at all. I love you sweetie! Bye."
"Love you too mom. Hugs and kisses to dad! Bye!"
Beep! We hung up.

The bell buzzed for the millionth time, signalling the end of the first half of our exams today.
I got up and was the first to exit the school multi-purpose hall which was now filled with rows and rows of chairs for students.
It's lunchbreak so I'm on the so familiar hall to the library as usual. I half walk, half run as all of the students fill the halls. I turned a corner and decided to drop some books in my locker and take some necessary ones, suchlike Physics, to review.
I walked the main hall again. The library's wooden door was a few meters away when I'm blocked from it's view.
"Hey cupcake!" His grin was so sardonic and teaseful I wanna slap it off his beautiful face.
Beautiful face? Really Ryann?
My eyes automatically rolled at him. "What is it now?" I asked slumping my shoulders, knowing that he wouldn't stop bugging me until I am giving him my full attention.
"Huh! You're not swatting me away? What's with you today cupcake?" He mocked with a smug expression.
This new vile endearment of him for me is so getting in my nerves.
"Stop calling me cupcake!" I said through gritted teeth. Students were watching us, I can see them in my peripheral vision.
"Oh but you are my CUPCAKE!" He pouted and added as he walk with me backwards, facing me while I walk forward. "Because it suits your sweet.." He wasn't able to finish his sentence.
A huddled group of cheerleaders, jocks and soccer players were in front of the School Events' hall. Eveyone of them wore a glee expression on their faces.
