Quiet..is that too much to ask for?
Just a few moments of silence like we have after we say the pledge of allegiance?
Or when someone dies?
Or even when we bow our heads to pray in our room?
Apparently.
I mean I love talking and Goofing off. Thats expected well---from a teen like me.
But its pretty pathetic when you act more mature than your parents. 😒
I mean come on.
All I ask for is atleast an hour without freaking noise! Loud obnoxious noise.
I swear.
"Oh go in your room if you want quiet." quote Mother and Father.
FYI, if you're loud enough that I can hear you from outside, much less in my room, one of us is in the wrong and I sure as heck ain't.
Message to everyone who reads this, be happy if you have a lot of silence in your house. Because its better to hear the sound of silence than to hear racket and have to hear your own thoughts scream trying to hold things in.
