"Bill?" Angie muttered, peeling herself away from Stan's shoulders as she noticed that his bike was gone. Immediately, everyone knew where he went, grabbing their bikes and speeding off. They turned onto Neibolt street and came to a fast halt in front of the Well House.
"Bill!" Beverly shouted as she jumped off her bike, followed by Angie and the others. They all walked into the front yard of the lot and looked at Bill, who turned to them with this sad expression on his face,
"Walking into this house. It's easier than walking into my own." He spoke out, coming back down the steps, "Anyone wanna come wit me?" Everyone looked at each other, before Angie grabbed two rods of the burnt grass,
"Two people with the shortest straw goes in with Bill." She said, breaking them up and holding them out at the same length. Eddie and Richie pulled the shorter ones. Richie whined as Eddie just sighed, taking a puff of his inhaler as they moved toward the door, but Angie grabbed Richie's arm.
"Stay safe." She muttered, before letting his limb slip from her hand. He nodded as she watched the trio open the door to the house,
"If we were measuring dicks I wouldn't be here." Richie whined quietly as he looked around.
"Shut up Richie.." Eddie spoke out shakily as he watched his step over fallen boards. Angie was scuffing her foot against the dirt, impatiently,
"I can't take this..." she suddenly walked up the steps, despite Stan trying to grab her arm, as well as Beverly yelling at her not to go in. Her converse shoes stepped inside, hearing a door slam shut,
"Guys?" She ran down into the main living area and into a spare bedroom, looking around at overturned furniture and a single chair in the corner.
"Angie?" She turned around, looking for whoever said her name, drawing her upstairs and into a rather dark room. She was confused, the voice came from here and no one was there. She heard something slither across her feet, looking down. A gasp left her lips, as a rather large squid tentacle had gripped her ankle, its suckers attached to her skin. She screamed, she'd seen this in Victor's comics and books, it was one of her worst fears. She kicked it off and ran toward the door, seeing Bill and Richie come around the corner,
"Help!" She cried as the long limbs wrapped themselves around her waist, legs, arms, and loosely around her neck.
"No! Richie-" the slimy arm covered her mouth as it dragged her away from the door, it slamming shut just as Richie arrived, hearing his body run into it. It flipped her onto her back and tried to get her through a small pipeline, just big enough for her to squeeze through. She squirmed, trying to break free, but it only squeezed her tighter. However, her hand landed on a small piece of metal, and immediately she sliced the one around her forearm, it releasing her arm as is shrunk back, she kept at it, eventually freeing herself as she ran toward the door, her fear chasing after her as the door swung open. Luckily, Richie was there when she tripped, him quickly grabbing her and Bill shutting the door, cutting the tips of the tentacles off and they fell to the ground, not moving anymore. Richie just held onto her as she squirmed and pressed herself against a nearby wall, screaming as she wiped the slim off of her body and face.
"Calm down! Calm down! It wasn't real, it's not real!" Richie shouted over her own high pitched cries. Bill grabbed her other arms and aided in holding her still,
"Angie. It's n-n-not real." He sputtered, staying relaxed so she would eventually. She breathed, looking at her arm, the red spots where it's suckers were, faded away. She let out a shaky breathe as the two boys helped her to her feet.
"Where's Eddie?" She asked, looking around. Both of them looked at each other and began to look for him, the trio walking into a room with an old mattress. Angie stayed behind Richie, both clinging and not clinging to him as they watched it shudder and move, Eddie's head poking out and looking at them.
"Wanna play loogie?" He muttered, kinda slurring a little. He suddenly began to spew black tar, same kind that came out of Angie's sink. The three backed up as he began to seizer, dark water coming out of the mattress and toward the group. Turning around, they were met with three doors, same writing as when Angie had wandered in a few weeks ago. The boys looked at each other and ran toward the one that said, 'Not Scary At All', swinging it open. It was dark.
"Where's me shoe?" A faint voice said, Bill reaching out and pulled a string that turned on a light. Betty Ripsom was there, her legs gone and only her severed body was left hanging by her arms. She let out a shriek, as did the other three.
"What happened to her legs?!" Richie screamed, Bill grabbing his shoulders as Angie kept him still,
"It's not real. L-L-like the missing poster, like A-Angie's squid thing..it's not real. N-N-None of it is." He said, turning toward the door.
"You ready?"
"No!" All three of them shoved the door open, it was just a hallway.
"Where's Eddie?" Bill asked, then hearing loud calls for help coming from the kitchen. They all ran toward the door and quickly ran through.
"Eddie!" Angie said, though froze up once she saw the clown over her friend.
"Eddie!" Richie repeated. The clown only tilted his head,
"Is this not real enough for you Billy? I'm not real enough for you?" He paused for a second, before smirking, "It was real enough for Georgie." He then laughed like a crazy person as Bill's eyes widened. Suddenly, he let out an inhuman scream and lunged toward the trio, his shape teeth jutting out of his gums as he drew closer. He stopped just a foot from them, Beverly had lodged an arrow into his temple, but the blood rose off of the wound rather than drip downward.
"Angie!" Stan spoke out as he watched her go over to Beverly, and the other two boys rush to Eddies side, who was freaking out and yelling at everyone. They all heard a slight growl, and the clown turned around, his face distorted as everyone was all to scared to run or even move. Beverly grabbed Angie and pulled her into the corner as his gloved hands grew sharp with claws, it suddenly lunged at them as a tease, making this loud yell, laughing afterwards at them. The two girls were cowering and close to tears as Bev had Angie behind her, turning and covering her eyes as Angie grabbed her arms. It backed away and down into the basement, leaving everyone screaming and yelling, and Ben on the ground bleeding from when he jerked his head and the sharp end of the arrow cut his stomach. Angie was already in tears as she managed to pull Beverly's arms away from her face, and pushing her toward Eddie, Richie and Bill.
"Don't let it get away!" Bill said bravely as he got up and followed it. Everyone yelled his name, begging for him not to leave. Angie just knelt beside Richie and tried to get him away from Eddie, their voices all mixed as they continued to scream at each other from the major fear and panic they were all experiencing.
