The day seemed to slide by with ease. Fred and George pulled off silly pranks during their lunch hour, and Hermione forced Harry to spend 2 hours in the library reading about some muggle botanist.
However, Harry finally got back to the common room to slip of his leather boots and slide into a comfy reading chair. Checking the grandfather clock leaning on the wall, the hands pointed to 11:30, just 30 minutes from his visit.
"Harry? Shouldn't you be in bed?" Ron asked, carrying his small mouse in his hand.
"I'm not tired. I just want to relax for a bit. That's all," said Harry, gently stroking Ron's soft mouse. It gave a small squeak and nudged his fingers with its nose.
"Alrighty then. I'll see you later."  And with that, Ron marched up the stairs to the boys' bedrooms.
Harry sighed, his mind cluttered by the thought of what Malfoy could possibly want with him. The clock now pointed to 11:50, assuring Harry that he should get going.
Quietly, he ascended up the steps to grab his silvery invisibility cloak.  He threw it over himself and tiptoed out of the common room.
The door squeaked open, implying such thirst for oil it had. Harry carefully walked down the marble floored hallway to the door of the royal bathroom. Before leaving, he grabbed his wand, just incase for a surprise duel. Knocking quietly, he heard a shuffle of feet in response as the door slid open, the soft glow illuminating the moonlit hall.
Harry adjusted his eyes to the gleam, noticing a figure in front of him. He gasped, clenching his hand over his mouth and dropping his wand.
