JEON SIHYUN DECIDES SHE SHOULD JUST BLUDGEON PARK JIHOON TO DEATH.
Ironically, Jihoon is already dead — he's another being like her, a lifeless being and a part of the underworld so bludgeoning the fuck out of him would be pretty much useless at this point. Sihyun wonders if there's actually a way for someone to murder an already dead person. She believes in so many impossible things (including the possibility of murdering the dead) so there should be a way, right? There has to be a way. But isn't it a bit redundant to murder a person when he/she is already dead? It seems redundant. Absurd and too redundant. But then again, maybe she should contemplate on that subject later and instead, put her mind what really matters at the moment."So, like, how good is this Yoo Seonho that he managed to escape a troop of soul collectors?" Jihoon, an irrelevant being as what some demon (read: Jeon Sihyun) describes him to be, asks as he swings his bag, faintly hitting Sihyun's shoulder in the process. The girl was just walking beside him at proximity enough for his motion to have a faint collateral damage.
Sihyun clenched her fists to pallor. That was the tenth time. For the whole damn minute, that was the tenth time Jihoon asked the same question.
Now the urge to kill him keeps getting stronger.
Huffing a violent sigh, Sihyun pursed her lips to an impassive line. "He's just really good." She answers, tone almost dry as the Sahara desert. She tries to conceal the blatant apathy in her speech by showing a bit more enthusiasm but her attempt remained futile.
"But isn't that," Jihoon turned to Sihyun, eyes squinting and brows creasing in confusion. He stops swinging the bag on his right shoulder before pointing a finger as if he was pondering on something. "Isn't that the same answer you've given me for the past minute?"
Sihyun wonders if Jihoon is just deliberately annoying him. 'Shouldn't he know that my answer will be the same because he's been asking the same question the whole fucking time?' Sihyun internally fought with herself. She wanted to go and snap on the boy walking beside him but she decided not to do so after noticing the actual curiosity glistening over his eyes.
Jihoon wasn't, in fact, teasing. He's seriously wondering why she's been answering him the same and it physically hurts Sihyun in the head. How can someone like him be so gullible?
Or maybe he just doesn't pay much attention to his surroundings.
Sihyun comes up with an observation that Jihoon may either be an 'a' or a 'b'. Option 'a' being unsuspecting, or option 'b' being stupid. If there's an option 'c', it would probably be all of the above.
