Her Pregnancy

Baek's POV:
This morning..., I just want to spend it with my wife and our baby. I will amuse them today, I promise myself. I told secretary Jang to come to the exhibition today replacing me, I know he will do his job well.

Hera's still sleeping, but Jingoo is awake. I take him and place him between us. Jingoo's crawling toward Hera..., so cute. Hera open her eyes knowing Jingoo's now approaching her, how amazing it is... mother's instinct! I whispered her... "It's ok.. just continue to sleep. I'm free today" Hera smiles and close her eyes again. She's believe in me to take good care of Jingoo while she's sleeping.

I can't stop looking at her pretty face even without make up... she always look pretty. Maybe it's because she has really beautiful heart that's why... her beauty never fades. I feel her weak body... she hasn't fully recovered after giving birth. She had hard times when pregnant and now she's struggling to deal with our active baby Jingoo... hahahaha. Our Jingoo..., he was born with small body and less weight. But thanks God he's very healthy.

Flashback:
During her first trimester, I took extra care for her but actually she seems stronger than how it looks. She didn't show any more pregnancy symptoms, she said she only felt nausea and a bit tired. In contrast, I craved for foods and I eat a lot! My hyungs (from EXO) told me that I get much fatter even if I'm not pregnant... hahahahhaa. That maybe because I was overjoyed with my wife's pregnancy. Hera looks skinnier, I'm worried. I tried to make her delicious foods but she can only eat a little. She had a very bad nausea symptoms. Doctor said it's a common problem for women during her first pregnancy. But still... I feel bad for her and our baby needs more nutrition!

It's nothing compared to what she felt during last trimester. Lately, when I notice her baby bump getting bigger, she had difficulty to walk and sleep. One night... she became restless when sleep. She kept changing her position and I soon wake up. "Why honey? Are you OK?" I asked. "I...I...."
I thought she was half asleep but couldn't stand to tell how hurt it was. "My stomach..... aaaa.. hhhh...."

I get up and touching her forehead. It's a lot of sweat all over her body.. OMG it must be really hurt. "Hera-ya...let's go to the hospital" in car... I keep saying "Honey.. please be strong.." She close her eyes and laying weakly. She said "Oppa...., I'm scared" her childish side turned out. At the hospital.., I hold her hands all night. Then the doctor came told me that Hera had to deliver the baby soon. Her water broke before the due date and she had contraction. I feel hurt everytime I saw Hera in pain like that.

That night..., I waited her and feel tired. But it's nothing compared to what Hera felt. She felt pain and must be tired but unable to sleep. At 02.00 am doctor came again and said that her cervix is fully dilated. "Her baby will be born soon" the doctor said. I looked at Hera once more, she looked exhausted but still tried to look at me saying "I'm OK Oppa.." deep in my heart I know she was not OK T.T

About 3 hours later.., I heard a baby crying. Then the doctor went out telling me that our son had born. I was so happy. I couldn't stand to cry. After that.. Hera was brought to the recovery room. Tomorrow morning, Hera woke up she realized first that I was sleeping on the sofa waiting for her. "Oppa...", she called me. "Yes honey..., you awake?" "I thought I heard our baby crying.. is it our baby?" "Yes!! HAHHAAHA Hera-ya! Are you joking? Then you must be dreaming about giving birth to our child?" "A-ah... it hurts" "Omo..., don't force yourself to get up honey" "I want to see our baby..." "Later... I'll ask the nurse to bring our son here" "He is really handsome isn't he?" "Ofcourse...."

No other happiness is compared to the happiness of seeing Hera smiled holding our baby.....
Ooooh those sweet moments...., I never get enough!
