"Good Morning maam" Ani ng isang maliit na babae sa kanya sabay saludo. Tango lang ang ibinalik niya dito saka ibinaba nang babae ang kanyang kanang kamay. "Nakabalik na pala kayo. How's your last mission?" Nanatiling nakatayo ang babae sa harapan niya habang siya naman ay busy sa pagtipa ng keyboard ng laptop niya. "The mission was good maam. Wala namang nasugatan o namatay." Itinigil niya ang ginagawa at hinarap ang babae. "Mabuti naman kung ganoon. Congratulations by the way" Isang matamis na ngiti ang ibinigay niya sa babaeng kaharap saka siya tumayo at inakbayan ito. "You're doing good huh. Halika samahan mo'ko dahil haharapin mo ulit si kamatayan." Napasimangot ang babae kaya inakbayan niya ito. "It's your job sister." The lady frown and said "I know I know. No need to stress it out." Ginulo niya ang hindi pa kahabaang buhok nito bago sila lumabas sa opisina niya. The lady was her younger sister Isabela. Kararating lang nito galing sa bakbakan at ngayon naman ay ipapatapon niya ulit ito sa ibang lugar. As her sister nababahala din siya pero dahil sa nature ng trabaho nila ay wala siyang magagawa. State first before anything else. That's her motto as a soldier. She is the famous lady soldier in their division. Also known as Lady Fox. Mabilis, matinik, mabait at lalong-lalo na maganda. Yan ang mga naririnig niya sa mga taong nakakasalamuha niya sa araw-araw. She's an angel in disguise as what her friends and buddies used to say.
Tatlong katok ang ginawa niya bago pumasok sa isang silid."Lieutenant Salvacion reporting sir." Sumaludo ang kapatid niya sa isang may katandaang lalake na nakaupo sa swivel chair nito and that's their battalion commander. Sumaludo din ang kanilang kaharap at inaya silang umupo."I'm thankful at walang nalagas sa tropa ninyo Isabela. Congratulations!" Napangiti naman si Isabela sa tinuran ng batcom nila."By the way I already gave the command to let you and your troops to take a vacation. I know how you missed the city life." Napahalakhak ang matanda bago ito humarap sa kanya."And for you lady, I won't allow you for now to join your sister in your next mission." Napabuntong-hininga sya sa tinuran ng matanda. She's excited because the last time she check their batcom approved her request to be assigned in the province together with her sister."Dito ka na muna. Enjoy your stay while you're here. Matagal ka rin namang namalagi sa bundok." Tumayo siya at napailing-iling na lang. "As if I've had a choice." Nilisan nilang magkapatid ang opisina ng commander nila kahit na gusto pa niyang makipag argumento."So pano ba yan, gorabells na ako sister. Me and Jacob will be having a vacation out of town. Don't stress yourself here okay? Wag mo ng isipin yon. Ayaw din naman kitang makasama sa trabaho kasi pangit ka." Malakas na natawa si Isabel sa nakitang expresyon sa mukha niya."Hindi siguro kayo nagde-date ni Mike kaya parang tigang ka ngayon. Hindi niya napigilan ang sarili at sinipa ang kapatid na nasalag naman nito. Hindi pa rin ito tumigil sa katatawa habang siya ay parang nag-aalburuto na sa sama ng loob."Gogora na ako. See you when I see you sister of mine." Niyakap siya ng kapatid bago ito umalis.
When their parents died ay sila na lang ni Isabel ang magkasangga sa lahat ng bagay. Dalawa lang kasi silang magkapatid kaya close sila sa isa't-isa. Kahit na minsan lang sila magkita dahil sa trabaho nila hindi pa rin nito nabago ang closeness nilang dalawa. She has a rank of a captain while her sister is 2nd Lieutenant. They are both in Philippine Army and in the same division as well. They are not a product of Philippine Military Academy. After she graduated in her course in Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, she took the Armed Forces of the Philippines Service Aptitude Test (AFPSAT) and got a grade of A for officer. As a degree holder she got the chance to be an officer. After a year of training, she got the rank of 2nd Lieutenant. She keeps on schooling until she got promoted as Captain. When her sister finished her course in Business Administration she also follows her footstep in military. At first she's not in favor when Isabel decided to take the test but they are not sisters if Isabel wasn't as hardheaded as her. So she let her do what she wants to do in her life. Isabel now was in her 2nd year in service. She's thankful because she was assigned in her division but in return of that Isabel was always assigned in provinces. She's also assigned in provinces but her mission was more risky than her sister. The name Beatrice Jace Salvacion always leaves a markings in her assigned area. Not only because she's good but also in her good doings as well.
