Breathing...No.
Heartbeat near by, blood, lots of blood.
Graves, everywhere, headstones....my headstone.
What the hell? I shouldn't be seeing my headstone, my name...
Right? I couldnt remember my headstone...my brain wouldn't compute what was written there...
I looked to my right, there were others, though they were covered in blood...other peoples blood. Some were feasting on organs they'd savaged from the living. The bodies at their feet confirmed it.
Monsters. All monsters.
Some were in a state of complete decay, bones showing, skin missing, even limbs missing, grey skin white eyes...
I looked down at my hands, they were grey, pale few days old grey. I had broken nails and...the small holes in the back of my hands where the canulars...the needles and other apparatus from the hospital had been.
I had on a short black dress, it had Lacey short sleeves and a red velvet belt around my waist. I'd died...died too young.
I looked up to a pair of white eyes and a mouth covered in blood, I made a noise at the stranger, not a human sounding one. A noise between a growl and a hiss, that was not a noise I should be making..
Shoving past the monster of a person I headed towards the church, I had trouble working my muscles but managed to shove the hard, heavy wooden doors open and shut them behind me so that no one would come in. Quickly I moved stumbling over to the font and peering into the water...what I could see didn't look like me.
The girl that was reflected was a pale grey, her eyes were a pale yellowy white, there were dark circles under her eyes and she looked gaunt and...dead. The girls pale blonde hair was straggly and messy...it didn't look like me at all.
I looked away...this girl...I didn't know at all.
Walking was difficult but I made it to one of the pews and sat. There were people outside who looked like me, but were not like me. They were savage and ruthless...whereas I was nothing of the sort..maybe there was something wrong with me?
I sat for a long time, then heard the doors open behind me. Turning, I saw a boy...of only around my age, about nineteen. He had dark brown slightly over grown hair which fell into his eyes a bit, he looked healthy..normal...very handsome.
He was slim yet muscular...more toned like he'd been fighting or doing a lot of excersize. He just stood and stared at me frowning slightly with a sharpened bloodstained metal spade in his hands wielded like a weapon
"hello" I started...it didn't come out that way, it sounded more like 'he-oh', it made the boy smile a bit
"you talk?" he asked a bit surprised
"doesn't everyone?" I answered with a question
more like 'dosnd ervyon'
I sounded like I child...
"hmm...your trying at least...don't try to bite me I'm coming over" he said starting to approach me slowly, he sat down beside me
"your a little less violent than the others.." he mumbled, I turned to look at him and made him jump...my eyes I supposed.
