Lost in the Autumn

Lamenting over something that's testing my strength
Dangling on the edge of exploded perseverance
My mouth is parched and without the heat I feel scorched
The reluctance to accept that my shoes aren't laced tight enough
Drenching into the same darkness from where I escaped
Ravelled into the swirl of doubts brooding out of ill fate
My words are travelling through vacuum and Alas! I’m numb.
My silence is piercing today, Again I’m lost in the Autumn.
