Chapter 4

Alice's POV

'That was weird, first he acted like he hated me, now he's acting like he's okay with me, what is going on with that demon mind of his?' I asked myself as I was standing outside of Bendy's door. I placed my ear against the door and heard him sigh then the creak of his bed.

'I shouldn't be listening, I should be respecting his privacy.' I scolded myself, walking away I found myself in the cafeteria and I could see everybody who worked there. I saw the man that created me. It was either Joey or Henry they must have seen me for they beckoned me over, so taking a deep breath I did as I was told.

"Alice, just the person I wanted to see, so tomorrow you get to perform with Bendy." My heart skipped a beat, my first time on stage, but I don't know any of my lines or what to do....

'Where they setting me up to fail?' They then gave me my lines and told me to go practice, I slowly walked back to my room tears started to fall as the worry spread through my body.

'I'm going to fail...'

I opened my door and shut it. The tears were coming faster now making it harder to see, thoughts swirled around my head making me dizzy and me falling to my knees.

'Maybe I should leave, but I was created can I leave, or am I trapped in my failures for all of eternity.' I then heard a knock on my door. I turned away from it and quickly wiped away the tears and put makeup on over the tear lines so no one would notice that I was crying.

"Who is it?" I croaked, cursing myself for my voice cracking I cleared my throat and waited for the person to speak.

"It's Bendy."

"And Boris"

I laughed and said that they could enter. When they entered the room, they were smiling and I was soon hugged by Boris.

"We heard that you're going to perform tomorrow. That's wonderful news!" Soon my smile faded away making my heart go down to the pit of my stomach. Bendy saw it and took my hand and when I looked away he grabbed my chin and turned my head so I was looking at him.

"What's wrong, aren't you excited?" I tried to turn my head away again, but he held my face so I couldn't.

"Yes...I'm excited, but...what if I don't learn all of my lines by tomorrow, what if I mess up?!" Soon the tears came falling again. Soon I felt warm arms around me and I looked up to see Bendy hugging me. Slowly I put my arms around him burying my face in his shoulder. I could feel his hand stroking my hair making me feel better.

"Don't worry Alice, Bendy and I can help you learn your lines." Feeling better I slowly broke off the hug and nodded. We spent most of the night learning my lines.

I woke up to the sound of someone knocking on my door. Slowly I got out of bed and opened the door to see the dancing demon standing there with his smiling his smile.

"Are you ready?"

"Not really..."

"You'll do great!" He grabbed my hand and held it close making my face go red.
