"Ally, come on!", Chris said as he leaned on to the lockers next to mine.

"I'm coming, i'm coming," I tried the locker combination again, but it didn't budge. I pounded on the door a few times with my newly funded frustration.

"Why don't you just ask Jamie for help?", Chris was almost shouting over all the noise in the hallways. It was the end of the day and everyone was at their locker. Tomorrow is the first day of winter break. People were starting to pile up in the hallways and the air was getting humid.

"Jamie already left with his friends to the Look Out," The Look Out is the local cafe. Everyone in school goes there. It's known as the teen hangout since us high schoolers mainly go there. A few tourist go there too before leaving because of all the noise.

"Well, Krystal is still in the principal's office. She's also a wiz when it comes to lockers," I looked over and Chris was fidgeting with his phone.

"Do you need a ride home?", I asked as i began collecting my purse from the ground.

"No, me and the guys are going to the arcade," Once i got my things, i began walking."Where are you going?", he said as he tried to keep up with me.

"Don't tell mom and dad, but I lost my phone," with Chris on my heel, I was walking opposite direction of the parking lot. I had given up on my locker, even though all it has in it is my book bag and a couple of books. I decided they weren't all important, so my main priority was to find my phone.

"You know mom and dad are gonna freak out when they find out. You already lost or broke your phone five times this year."

"I know, but i think i know where it is, it might be in my science class."

  "think?"

"please Chris, don't worry and please don't mom or dad"
