CHAPTER 1

OPAL'S POV

Quentin (My boyfriend of nine months) was pulling me through the forest while I was blind folded because he had a so called 'suprise' for me. Ive already hit like three trees. This suprise better be good, to be pulled through a forest and practically run over trees.

"Opal" he said with antisipation practically dripping from his voice

"Yeah"

"We are here mi'lady" he said while I quickly riped of the stuppid blindfold.

What I saw completly suprised me. We were on a cliff top overlooking a beautiful savana while the sun was setting and the stars were coming out shining like diamonds. He also had a nice little picnic set up with all my favorite food such as melons, pumpkin pie and...CAKE... he also had some fish for himeself even though he is a fish. (HE'S AN AMPHIBIAN!) He also put up some glowy stone and a few torches. It looked apsolutly amazing and left me looking like the idiot I was.

"Do you like it?" he asked a little nervous and being the stupid person I am All I said was,

"Wow...."

"I shall take that as a yes then!"

"I'm sorry Quentin its just...wow..." i said since i cant seem to remember my vocabulary anymore.

"Thank you. Now are we just going to stand here looking at it or go enjoy it?!" he said which snapped me out of my trance.

"I'm just going to look at it If you don't mind" I said with a hint of sarcasm.

"Well then I will just have to make you then" he said while picking me up and throwing me over his shoulder.

"MUDKIP YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I HATE BEING PICKED UP!" I said while not trying to burst out laughing and crying. Yeah I know odd.

After he finally put me down and we began to eat.

*AFTER DINNER BECAUSE IM A LAZY BANANA PERSON*

Me and Quentin just finished talking about battle stratiges and stuff incase the Budder kingdom was attacked again.

"ready to head back?" he asked

"yeah but i wish tonight would never end." I said

I really meant it me and Mudkip have so much fun together I wish it would never end.

"Well maby it dosen't have to..." he said with nervousness lacing his voice.

"What do you... OMG..." I just stopped and stared speechless...

There he was kneeling on one knee with a blue box with a purple ribbon on it. When he opened it there was a beautiful diamond and budder ring.

"Opal...I know we have only been dating for 9 months but I feel as if we were meant to be together from the moment Ty first introduced you to me. So Opal will you do me the honor in marrying me and living the rest of our days together?" he said nearly sweating buckets from his nervousness.

"Oh Mudkip..." but thats all I could say before i passed out while having a long spiny black and purple tail grab me and pull me away from my boyfriend and possible fioncé.
