James Buchanan "Bucky" Barnes was out of time for sure. He grew up with his best friend, Steve Rogers, in the 1940s yet he still looks same age in 2014. How? Because of Hydra! Hydra is a world-wide subversive organization dedicated to global domination. Hydra wiped Bucky's memory and turned him into a Soviet assassin called The Winter Solider. For about 50 years he killed countless people just because Hyrda ordered him to do so. But when he was sent to kill Captain America, he realized something was wrong. Captain America was actually his childhood friend, Steve Rogers.
Bucky doesn't assassinate Steve, but escapes Hydra in order to find out who he really is and where he came from. Along the way he meets a girl called, The Hacker, who is the most feared computer hackers in the world. The Hacker agrees to help Bucky find his true past, way before Hyrda turned him into the deadly assassin he fights not to become today.
