Basically, this story revolves on a sixteen year-old girl who's the daughter of a famous artist (Brendon Urie aye;)) and... her life(?) Her father gives her free reign to do whatever she wants. But then she meets this boy and then he's all protective and fussy. If there's one thing he doesn't allow his daughter to do [yet], it's dating.
