"Oh, hi Shane!" Joey exclaimed, giving him a hug.
"Hey Joey." He replied, then turning to Ben and me. "Ross Dawson-Adams!" He yells.
"Hi dad..." I duck my head.
"You are in so much trouble! Your grounded for a month!" Dad yells. I nods, and just get in the car. Shane talked to Joey and the others. Apparently, Ben hit it off with Tyler, so, he's going to his house, with the other three. I sigh. Shane gets in the car, and doesn't say a word. I know he's pissed at me. When where halfway there, Shane speaks.
"Look, I want you to know that, I'm not mad at you." He sighs, then, I whip my head to look at him.
"What do you mean? You know what I did!" I reply.
"Exactly. Ryland was sleeping on the couch, and he was looking at some papers. And, they where about you and Ben. He was reading about Ben, so, I wanted to read your side." He explained then I teared up. He must know everything. All my flaws. "And, I never knew all that happened to you, and..." he trailed off, but, I heard him start crying. "And I'm sorry. I had no idea that happened back then." He said, in between tears. "Still your grounded, but only for a week, Okay?" He looked at me with a warm smile. I smiled small and nodded. My tears kept going. We pull into our drive way.
"Ryland doesn't know, he's still asleep. So be quite, Kay?" He asked.
"Actually, can I go for a walk?" I ask.
"Oh, um, sure, go ahead." He smiled. I nodded and grabbed my phone, and just started walking down the street. I looked around. I bet Tyler, Ben, Ashley, Quinn, and Oliver. If they knew, if they'd like me. Well, Ben already likes me, but, not the others. I sigh as I look down, still walking.
"Argh!"
"Ow!"
I bumped into somebody, shoot. I rub my head and look across from me, and see a girl with long brown hair, and tan skin.
"Oh my, I'm sorry about that." She's said. Standing up, and offering help. I grabbed her hand and helped her up.
"I'm sorry to, I should have been paying attention as well." I say. Then, she giggles.
"It's alright, do you want to join me for lunch? I have a lot of extra money, and, it's more fun with so,ebony else. So, wanna come to Applebees?" She asked lunch sounds nice, I did to get to go lunch.
"Sure, But, what's your name?" I asked.
"Oh, where are my manners, my names Jesse." She smiles.
