Chapter 4

We slowly broke apart, and I laced my hand around his neck and stared into his eyes. We intertwined our hands together and started to walk back to the game. Josh slowed down and grabbed my arm.

"I have an idea.." he says, "Tell your mom that I'm giving you a ride."

"What's going to happen?" I ask curiously.

"Well.. my parents are out of town, and I can get my sister to drive us home. She'll be leaving for a party so we'll have the entire house to ourselves."

"What about the.." Josh stops me.

"Condoms? What would be the need? It's not like we can get pregnant or anything. Let's do it raw."

Hesitantly, I agreed. I called my parents and told them that I would be staying over at Josh's house. After the constant interrogation from my parents, they finally agreed to let me sleep over at his residence. As soon as the game finished, we hopped into the black BMW and sped off into the distance and the lights chasing behind us. The city was brightly illuminated, and the chatter of the streets followed us as we continued on the path to our paradise that awaited us. His head rests on my shoulder as the warm winds from the remnants of summer licked at our faces gently. His warm cheek on my relaxed body.

We slowly approached the house, and the car stopped gently. I dared not to wake Josh as he looked so cute sleeping. After all that had happened today, I could tell that he was exhausted. To be honest; so was I. My body ached all over from side to side. Quietly, I carried him inside of the house. It was more of a mansion. The place was huge. Slowly, I gently lifted him up the grand staircase that glistened in the dark. Carefully making my way up, I reached the second floor, and my next quest began. Trying to find a room with a bed for Josh.

Scanning the hallways, I went through multiple rooms until I finally found a bedroom. I stumbled to search for the light switch until I finally pressed a button and the entire room lit up like a million diamonds. The sight of the space in front of me nearly took my breath away. It was so distracting that I almost forgot about the weight of Josh's soft and delicate body pulling me down. Gently, I set him down on the royal bed draped in thin, white, silk curtains. I stripped him of his burdening clothes and left him in only his boxer briefs. I put his exposed body in between the blankets. Slowly I undressed as well throwing my clothes into the same pile as Josh's.

Quickly turning off the lights, I silently got into bed with Josh, and I stared at his pale expression, his rosy cheeks, his dreamy complexion, the soft brown locks drooping down on his face, and the sweet pink lips along with his small freckles. Slowly, my eyes drifted up to the ceiling, and I closed my eyes to recount all the exciting events that happened today. And with those thoughts, my breath became softer, and my heart slowed its mild, rhythmic beating. I was finally asleep.
