Chapter 2 Percy

When I walked up to this Sophie girl I was half expecting too see Annabeth. That hair looks like Annabeth's golden locks and the had the same exact skin tone. Plus the way that she looked around looked like she was trying to look for someone important. Maybe some one bad. And of course I noticed her rubbing her wrists like some old memory popped up and she instinctively did that sudden movement. Just like me and Riptide. I totally noticed when a bunch of people came into the room she put her earbuds in like she wanted to block their voices. Weird. Of course like it was not weird to be part god and to be talking to fish.

But now I was running with her to our classes. The way that her feet moved almost looks like she was training for something. Plus more importantly why was she wearing gloves? We finally got to room 222 and walked into our math class. She took one of the desks in the back row. I like this girl. As a friend of course because I would never betray Annabeth. She was pretty attractive with her brown eyes with gold flecks in them. She reminds me of Hazel.
"All right class!" The teacher hollered at us. I took a desk right next to Sophie and I saw her pop in her ear buds. Our math teacher started the lesson and I really tried my hardest to pay attention. Well not my actual hardest because my brain only want to think about my sweet sweet Annabeth. That's when I realized how young Sophie looks. She looks like she just turned 16 while I just turned 17. Must be smart or something like that. Then I realized the teacher called on Sophie. Oh no she had her earbuds in but she noticed Mrs. Harve's glare. She took out her earbuds and asked Mrs. Harve to repeat the question. Sophie sighed then gave the class the long correct answer leaving everyone flabbergasted. Athena kid right there. Sitting right next to me. I am soooooo blinnnnnnd.

Time skip

During lunch Sophie and I sat in the corner.
I finally asked her "Why do you wear gloves?"
"It's complicated." She answered. I decided to play with her and I stole one of her gloves.
"Percy no!" She shrieked. I touched a part of her hand that was now uncovered. I felt a bolt of energy like Zeus slightly electrocuted me. I heard a rumbling coming from the bathrooms. I let go of her hand and the rumbling stopped. She took her glove and put it back on. She pulled out a lose eyelash.
"How did you do that?" I half yelled half whispered to her.
" I told you it's complicated." She answered flatly. I saw glints of worry in her eyes like I was dangerously close to a secret.
"Sooo." Sophie said breaking my train of thought."why did you come here in the middle of the school year?"
"I got kicked out of my other school."
"Me too" Sophie mumbled
"Really what did you do?"
"I was hanging out with the wrong people and my punishment was to be kicked out of school. What did you do?"
"I kinda blew up some stuff."
"You sound just like Keefe." She mumbled.
"Who's Keefe?" Oh gods I am being so nosey.
"Just a friend." Sophie turned away so I don't see her tears in her eyes. He must be super important to her.

That's when I hear a gasp and some screams in the hallway. I see the demon cheerleaders again. I thought they were in Tarterous. Sophie sprinted to the hallway were the action was. She did a couple of hand motions and the monster was laying down in pain. I uncapped Riptide and killed the monster leaving gold dust and a couple of shocked people. I used the mist to cover things up but by the looks of it the mist did not effect Sophie. Strange. I need her to go to camp half blood soon or else more monsters will get us. I took her hand and started to run to the exit. She kept firing some questions like "why do you have a sword" and "why are you in the Forbidden Cities" and "where are you taking me Perseus Jackson!"
I stopped cold when she said my full name.

"How do you know my full name?"
"Your thoughts"
"Come on let's get a taxi"
"Where are we going?" Sophie asked" this can't happen again."
"What can't happen again?"
"Being kidnaped and almost being killed by being tortured and fading." Sophie said flatly.
"Who did that to you?" I asked her with a bit of worry
"One word Neverseen."
"Who are the Neverseen?"
"An organization that turned against my world. Oh no I said way to much. I can't tell you anymore because it's classified."
"Classified?" I asked and not caring that I sound like an idiot
"I am going to keep my mouth shut."
"Fiiiinnnnnne I am going to bring you to Piper."

I hailed a taxi and told him to bring us to the strawberry field. Aka Camp Half-Blood. I paired the driver with the hotel card I had since I was 12 which had unlimited amount of money. I ran to Thalia's tree and looked behind me to see if Sophie was there. I saw her with a device that looked like a phone so I snatched it out of her hands.
"You can't have phones that is basically saying 'Hey monster I am over here!'"
"That is not a phone it's an imparter." Sophie said like it was super obvious. "Also I was asking my friend Biana for help."
"Okay whatever let's go to camp."

We walked into camp easily because we were both demigods and the dragon next to Thalia's tree easily let us in. I walked into the Athena cabin which I was greeted with a judo flip. I love Annabeth so much. She helped me up and giggled as we kissed.
"Hey no PDA in my cabin!" Malcom said one of Annabeth's half brothers.

We walked out of her cabin as I said my rapid fire speech asking if there were any blue cookies. I stopped totally forgetting about Sophie.
"Percy what is it?" Annabeth asked
"I want you to meet a new demigod."
"We have another demigod?"
"Yes and she is from Goode High and she has all of these weird powers and her name is Sophie."
We walked to the big house were I left her. She was surrounded by Piper, Leo, Thalia, Hazel and Jason. They were all asking her questions all at once at she looked completely mortified by all of the attention. My friends quickly stopped and tackle/hug me.
"Hey guys have you meet Sophie?"
"Yes "they all replied in union. 
Then there was a flash of light and two girls came and stepped out of the light. One girl had teal eyes and chocolate brown hair. The other girl had silvery eyes and black hair with silver tips. They looked like super models with their perfect outfits and weird weapons in their belt.
"Lihn! Biana! You answered!" Sophie exclaimed. They ran over to her and asked if she was okay. Once they saw that their were not any broken bones of cuts they hugged each other like they haven't seen each other in ages.

Piper and Annabeth pulled out their daggers while Jason, Thalia, and I pulled out our swords. Leo only had fire on his finger tips. They were surrounded by the best fighters in demigod history.
