Shawn's POV
I sat down in the hospital chairs beside Corey and Topanga after pacing for the 7th time in the waiting room.
For the past 3 hours, I've either been pacing, rocking back and forth in my chair or crying.
Once we got here, we checked in on her condition, and the lady behind the desk said as soon as she got here, she was rushed to the E.R.
"Shawn man, calm down-she's gunna be fine", Corey said as he threw his arm around me.
"And what if she's not Corey?", I said as I looked at him, then I started bawling again."She's our best friend...I don't-I dont wanna lose her!!"
"I know, I know Shawnie", he nodded and shook me a little.
I let out a shaky breath as I balled my fist up and put it to my mouth as I continued rocking back and forth.
After that I sniffed and squeezed my eyes shut.
"DELILAH!?", I yelled as I ran into her house with Corey and Caleb behind me, then I ran back to her room."DELILAH!!... DELILAH OPEN THE DOOR!!"
I grabbed the doorknob and tried to twist it, but it would'nt open.
So I backed up, and through off of my body weight into my foot as I kicked her door open and it banged against the wall behind it.
When I ran in, there was Delilah unconscious on the floor.
I looked around and saw there was a bottle of beer beside her and an empty bottle of pills.
"No...no,no,no,no,no,no,no NO", I said as I fell to my knees beside her and pulled her to me.
I grabbed her hand and tried to feel for a pulse below her thumb but I could'nt feel anything.
"COREY CALL 911!!", I screamed then pulled her into my lap as I leaned against the wall and started sobbing.
"Delilah, baby-please don't do this-come on", I cried and I could barely understand myself."Liah-please don't leave me-YOU CAN'T LEAVE ME!!"
I sat there and held her as close to me as I could and cried until the paramedics got there.
And when they did, it took 4 of them to pull me off her.
I opened my eyes again then sighed as I leaned back in my chair and stared at the floor.
They would'nt let me ride with them while they took her to the hospital so we ran back to Corey's and his parents took us.
Once we got there, we call Topanga and Minkus and they came.
Even Mr. Feeny came.
"Hi", I heard some guy say as he walked up to the front desk, but my eyes were glued to the floor."I got a call that my daughter was here?"
"Whats your name?", the lady asked.
"Toni Stee-"
"DONT YOU FUCKIN LET HIM IN!!!", I yelled as I jumped up and everyone turned to me.
"Shawn-"
"No!", I cut Corey's mom off."He's the one who drove her to this point!! He's the one who did this to her!! Dont let him in!!"
"I-I don't know what this kid's talkin about", Toni scoffed and shook his head as he turned back to the receptionist.
"You sorry son oF A BITCH!!", I gritted then decked him as hard as I could.
He fell to the ground then I started to go after him again, but Corey's dad came up from behind me and grabbed my arms before pulling me out the doors of the waiting room.
"Get off me", I said and my voice cracked again as I sniffed.
I shook my off me once I was outside then I walked away and put my back to the wall, leaning on my knees.
I just wanted Delilah.
I just wanted to see her again.
That's it.
I just want my best friend back.
