You did enter the college that you wanted to and got into the course that you were planning to. All your hard work paid off but it just became harder. All the assignments and projects that you had to complete within the assigned period was stressing you out. You never knew college would be this hard.
You found yourself sighing more often and rushing out of the house or leaving school late. But the fatigue would go away immediately when you see your brother's face when you arrive back home and get greeted with delicious meal set on the table.
Unlike the illusion, Jimin actually didn't study abroad. Instead, he applied for the physical education college and he ended up attending it. He had always been an excellent soccer player. The teachers felt that it was a waste since he could have gotten into courses like law with his grades but also supported him since it was his dream. He went to a different college so you didn't get to see him much often. Still, he made sure to drop by every now and then to hang out.
Hoseok still had a huge smile on as he served the different customers of his cafe. He had been offered several deals to open branches and franchises. He did accept them but he remained working in his own cafe. He never planned to move since he started there and wished to end there. Besides, Min made sure his duty was in that very place so he had no other choice.
You still helped him out whenever you were free in exchange for a cup of coffee which you desperately needed to remain awake.
Another person to talk about was Min. Min worked together with Taehyung and Seokjin so they had to travel a lot. Ever since everything had been solved, Min stayed in his human form most of the time. The first time you saw him in his form shocked the life out of you. You thought you were staring at a life-sized porcelain doll. He looked much younger than expected and was definitely ethereal. He did transform into a cat just to escape from various situations that humans had to deal.
He would often be seen playing his flute in the park. The music was pleasant to hear but it seemed to be aimed at someone. It was as if he was playing for a specific person to hear. And just like he wished, that person came to him after waiting for so long.
Lastly, Kim Namjoon. The boy went to Europe to learn more about arts and to gain inspirations. You had been busy with your studies and he had been busy with his work. Nonetheless, you managed to keep in touch with him everyday. After all, he always made sure to call you every single night despite the difference in time zone. And ending every call with three words. "I love you." To remind you his feelings for you.

You groaned as you packed your things. Another day ended with horrible boring lecture and it just felt like you wasted your time. Nothing went into your brain and you were exhausted. All you wanted to do was head home, get a nice warm shower and eat the delicious dinner that your brother would have prepared.
You waved your friends goodbye and headed home. You had your earphones on and favourite song playing. All of a sudden, you felt your heart racing.
You stopped in your tracks and furrowed your eyebrows as you wondered what was happening. It stopped as if nothing happened and you thought it was just your imagination so you walked again.
However, this time, a sharp sound entered your ear which made you flinch and quickly take off your earpieces. Your eyes widened as you heard the familiar sound of a flute playing. You noticed your heart violently hitting against your chest.
It was distracting you. You couldn't help but follow the sound. It was as if it was controlling you and you couldn't stop but be curious. You gave in to it soon enough and headed towards the direction of the sound.
You ended up at Namjoon's house. You were confused since Namjoon shouldn't have arrive back yet.
However, your confusion was erased when you saw a person walking towards you. A smile creeped onto your face and you folded your arms.
"And why didn't you tell me you were back?"
Namjoon chuckled and spread his arms out.
"Surprise!" he chirped, making you laugh. You went to him and accepted his hug.
Your eyes couldn't help but wander to the flute he was holding.
"How?"
He glanced at where you were looking and released you from his hug. He held the flute out so that you could clearly see it. It had 'NJ' carved on it.
"I requested Min to make one for me. This way, I have full control of your heart and I can be assured that little kitten will be mine and only mine."
You rolled your eyes and shook your head.
"So I'm going to suffer again?"
He bursted out laughing and pinched your cheeks.
"Well, I'm a Pied Piper for a reason."
"And what is that reason?"
He smirked and placed his hand on your back. He pulled you in and leaned down to kiss you on the lips.
"To target my soulmate."
You giggled shyly and kissed him back. He grinned and knelt down on one knee, making you tilt your head in confusion.
"Well, you are still young but for now..." he took out a box from his pocket. You stared at him blankly as he opened the box and showed it to you. You automatically covered your mouth with your hand in shock and emotions were running all over the place.
"This ring will be the symbol of my eternal loyalty and affection towards you. I can't think of spending a day without you and I would like you to accept it until I replace it with our wedding ring."
He took your hand and slid the ring up your third finger of your left hand. You couldn't help but feel emotion and tear up out of joy a bit.
He looked at you fondly and smiled as he stood up. You jumped and wrapped your arms around his neck as he did the same to your waist.
"I love you, (Y/N)."
"I love you too."
Those three words were the most favourite words for both you and Namjoon which became part of your life.
And this was the story of the Pied Piper and his beautiful soulmate.
