"I broke the glass that surrounded me
I ain't the way you remember me
I was such a good girl
So fragile but no more."
Miss Movin' On; Fifth Harmony

Wiliams factory, Grove, Great Britain, March 2017

"We are almost there, miss," driver, who introduced himself as Jeff, briefly informed me. I just nodded and smiled at him before looking from the window again. I've been to England only a few times but I always adored it here. It's such a lovely place, the food is great, and people are nice. I'm really excited about calling this place a home for some time...and maybe forever.

My family was obviously very happy and proud of me, especially my father. He has been supporting me so much, even in times when I wasn't confident enough, he always encourages me to keep going and never give up. Thanks to him I'm here, he is the best dad I could ever ask for. My uncle George, an elder man with a soul of a youngster, was also happy for me but he didn't show it too much. He never was a big motorsport guy, he's loyal to his farm. Growing up there, I completely fell in love with horses and riding. One time I was even considering being a professional equestrienne, I was really good in it. But since my almost fatal accident 5 years ago, I haven't been in a saddle and I don't have enough self-esteem to ride again.

My mother is the only person that doesn't know the news. Why? Because we haven't talked in years and I doubt she would care about my new job. My mother is beautiful, really beautiful. That's why she is a very successful model. Her job is everything for her, same goes with my father, they were rarely at home with their busy schedules. That's why I'm so workaholic, I guess. My mother was so excited when I was born, she always wanted to have a daughter who will follow her footsteps. What a surprise it was for her when she realised I'm going into a completely different direction. The world of make-up, high heels, and photoshoots is simply not for me, much to my mother's disappointment.

And the bigger blow for her was when she found out that my dad is heavily supporting me in my dream to become a race engineer, just like him. Their marriage never was the strongest one so it wasn't no surprise when my mother filled out the divorce papers. Albert and I decided to stay with our father and mother moved somewhere to Germany, disappearing from our lifes for good. I don't miss her at all, I'm completely fine without her. I heard that she got married again and has a daughter called Sophia. I've never met my step-sister and honestly, I'm not really interested in it. I wish my mother all the best, hopefully her dreams and plans will come true.

"And here we are," Jeff stopped the car next to the factory. I thanked him and went to the door of a Williams factory. I took a very deep breath and walked into a building. The atmosphere of this place immediately pulled me in as I was walking to the reception.

"Hello, how can I help you?" a smiley guy in reception asked me and the tension inside me ease a little bit. But just a really tiny bit, I wasn't feeling like a stranger too much.

"Hi! I've got an appointment with Mrs. Williams," my stomach was doing twists as I was trying my best not to stammer. I was really nervous, this is going to be the appointment A, the most important in my life.
