"It's the big day, boys." Bart said to us as we all got up to get ready. We finally left after an hour and were on our way to the venue.

There were people already outside and it was a pretty decent amount. It made me think how many people would show up today. During the meet and greet part of the event, I met mainly girls and received many gifts and letters. Singing is my passion and it's a great feeling knowing that people love what I do.

"Guys, this is a lot of fun." I exclaimed to the other guys. They agreed and we continued meeting fans.

We got back to the hotel and agreed to meet back in Cam and Nash's room in roughly 2 hours. Once I had showered, I spent the remainder of my time telling my mom about my day.

I walked down the hallway to their room and when the door opened, everyone was sitting on the floor in a cirlce. They had moved the beds to the side to make room to sit. "We're separating the mail and gifts so we know what belongs to who." Aaron said as he went through everything. I sat down with them and we began reading everything.

Most of us were in tears and following people on twitter through blurry eyes. One letter in particular made me ponder over what I thought of life.

"Dear Shawn,

You did not save me, no one can. You changed my life and you should keep doing what you do because you're great at it. My mother will be waiting outside MAGCon to take me to the hospital. I'm sure it was great meeting you. I'd say stay strong but I think it was meant for you to say to me.

-Dani."

I was in tears and showed the guys the letter. I wanted to just hug her and tell her everything would be ok but I can't. I didn't even know her story. By 3 AM, we decided to go to bed after we had opened everything. When I woke up, it seemed like the letter didn't really mean much to me.

Today's MAGCon went like yesterday's. Screaming girls and adrenaline pumping, the excitement was overwhelming.

We said our good-bye's and returned to our rooms to pack.

"Did you have a good time?" My mom asked as she packed her things. "The best time." I said excitedly. She smiled at that. Once we were all packed, the guys and I hugged once more and I then left to the airport.

Instead of Ed Sheeran, I decided to listen to Justin Bieber. I hadn't realized I had been singing along until my mom tapped my shoulder.

We finally got home and soon after, Bart called, he said the next MAGCon was in 2 weeks. I sat down next to my mom on the couch and looked into the distance, thinking.

"Hunny, what's wrong?" she finally asked me. "You know how when you're friends with someone and you don't really question why you are? you're just friends with them because you enjoy their company and you accept the fact that you are because you care about that person?" She nodded to let me know she understood, "well that's how I feel that my fans think about me, only, they don't know me. It's confusing, ya know? how can you "love" someone you've never sat down and talked with? I'm ok with it and I don't question it because I know that I've changed someone's life." I paused. "In all of my letters and gifts, everyone put a twitter name or a phone number. Some way for me to contact them, to notice that they are there and not just a bystander. All except one girl. You better know I followed and called every one of those people, except, all I got was a name."

My mom started to speak and then stopped for a minute, "maybe, that is her goal? Maybe she knows that if she puts that information, she'll just be another fan to you. Just maybe, she doesn't want to be just a fan and that was her way of getting your attention." she always knows what to say.

I left my phone at home and thought I'd go for a run. I didn't tell anybody where I was going, I sort of just left. I needed to be alone. I stopped by the neighborhood pond and sat on a bench. Some people sat next to me for a while and others just went on their way. Around sunset, I started walking home.

My family immediately blew up the second I walked through the door. "You don't tell anyone where you're going and then you leave your phone at home? That was extremely irresponsible, Shawn." My parents shouted at me.

"You're grounded," my dad said

"No MAGCon." He added.
