Goddess

Oh, who is she?

A misty memory

Homura Akemi walks into the room, her gaze falling on Madoka Kaname. Madoka stiffens.

What's with this new girl? Do I... Know her?

A haunting face...

Is she a lost embrace?

---

It feels so good to see Madoka again. Homura feels her eyes well up with tears, but she doesn't cry.

---

Am I in love with just a theme?

Or is Akemi just a dream?

Suddenly, Madoka remembers where she knows Akemi San from. Her dream! But that's impossible...

A mystery

Oh who is she?

I call her name

Across an endless plain

She'll answer me

Wherever she may be..

---

Madoka was always there for Homura, but each time it pained her to see all of their memories undone.

Some where across the sea of time...

Our love immortal, such as mine...

---

Homura knows Madoka's fate, and she knows that every time she starts a new timeline, that Madoka's fate will be worse, but Homura doesn't care. Homura would do anything to be with Madoka. And she does.

Will come to me

Eternally

---

Madoka doesn't know why she can't stop thinking about Homura.

I've never met her before, so why am I falling in love with her?

Madoka waits after school for Homura by the school gates, hidden. When she sees Homura walking down the alleyway, she follows.

Homura turns around.

"Kaname San?"

"Please, call me Madoka."

"Then call me Homura."

It is as if time has stopped, because one minute Homura was ten feet away from Madoka, and the next Homura's lips are crashing onto hers. Madoka kisses back, her eyes closed. Of course, she doesn't notice that everything around them had stopped, nor that they are the only ones moving. School uniforms come off, leaving the two girls vulnerable and exposed, skin to skin. For a minute, Madoka wonders why she was allowing this to happen in the middle of the alley, but then she took notice that time really had stopped, leaving Madoka with no reason to protest. As they come up for air, gasping, Homura breathes one word into Madoka's neck.

"Finally," she mumbles.

Suddenly, everything comes rushing back to Madoka. They had been here before, time stopped, moving together in a close embrace. Madoka remembers all of her timelines. She remembers sacrificing herself for Homura. She remembers how Sayaka turned into a witch. She remembers Mami being killed. She remembers Kyoko dying alongside Sayaka, she remembers Kyubey's lies, but most of all she remembers old Homura. Homura with stutter, her glasses and twin braids. She remembers how she taught Homura to fight, and she remembers that Homura gave her one lass kiss as they lied there, defeated by Waffle Night, with only one grief seed between them.

"I love you" is what Homura had said as they died together.

"I love you too" is what Madoka had said as she pulled out her final grief seed she had been hiding and cleansed Homura's soul gem.

"Go back to before I make a contract, okay?" Madoka had said.

Homura had nodded, tears in her eyes, as she disappeared to start everything over again.

Madoka gently kisses Homura in the alleyway, breathing into her lover's lips:

"I remember, and I will never leave you again."

Immortal she...

Returned to me.

Hey it's Myra!

This is a song fic, obiously.

The song used is Who is She by I, Monster.

I edited the lyrics a bit also.

In the part where it says  "Or is Akemi just a dream", it originaly was "Or is Ayeisha just a dream".

And also in the last line. It was originaly just "Return to me".

I encourage you to listen to this song!

I originally heard this song for an AnnieXArmin AoT ship video, but it fit Madohomu so well that this just needed to happen!

I know it's short, but if you really like it leave me suggestions on what I should do next, and this might turn into a collection of oneshots!

Soooo, do all that vote/share/save/whatever

You know what to d, so why do I bother putting it?

I love you all!

And y'all should send me internet donuts or somthing for finishing a story, even if it is a oneshot.

~Myra!
