I open my eyes as my ears ring and the entire world spins, but I make out a voice then as I snap back to reality I see seargant Jacobs scream at me "JOHN ARE YOU OK? WAKE UP AND GRAB YOUR GREAR, THE ENEMY PINNED DOWN, WE NEED TO CUT A HOLE IN THEIR DEFEN....." Jacobs sentance was cut short by a bullet flying through the window and taking about half of his head off of his body, I stared in fear as his body fell on top of me, quickly I pushed him off of me before grabbing my m16, backpack, and helmet and sliding against the wall next to werklin "WHAT HAPPENED MAN?" I asked screaming over the sounds of gunfire, werklin just looks at me and blinks a few times before pointing to his ears, I looked at his ear to see that he was bleeding from them "FUCKING HELL" I screamed before patting him on the back and crouch walked around the small two story stone home in the middle of Egypt. I walked from the kitchen to the living room looking for radio mac but I saw more members of my squad bleeding from their ears but firing back whenever they could, after firing they would hold their ears in pain, I did not see Mac so I ran for the stairs as bullets flew around me destroying a entertainment center with a huge flat screen tv, several vases, and pictures of the family that lived here. I got to the stairs and slid into a side room beside the stairs and front door, right outside the front I saw movement, I leaded half of my body out of the side room crouching as an enemy kicked the door in, I fired three rounds sending him to his back dead before he knew what hit him. I looked around the room for someone to cover the door to find Mac so that I could call for back up but everyone was busy.
