Chapter 26:Save Me

NARRATOR'S POV

Kidnapper's Hideout

"Let me go! " said Rick.

"Heh " chuckled the kidnapper(Let's just call him Rick's Fake Dad)

" 'Let you go? ' I'll not, After you've abandoned me, I'll let you go this easy? " he continued.

"Even I'm your Father? " he continued.

"I knew the truth already! You're fake! " yelled Rick.

"Your 'Mother' is Fake, too" said Rick's Fake Dad.

Rick didn't answer.

"Why? " asked Rick.

"Why do you do this to me? " she asked.

"You don't know? " said Rick's Dad while smiling.

Then he burst out laughing.

"I came here, for my revenge! I need my justice for what you've done to me and your FAKE Mother! You gave me this scar and this S*** " he yelled while pointing his' eye, scar and collarbone.

"You left us while the building collapsing, Lucky for me, I've survived! " he continued.

"This is YOUR FAULT, Eliana! Your FAULT! " he yelled.

He tried to stop his tears but he let go of it.

"This is not my fault" whispered Rick.

"Boss! "

yelled from a distance.

"There's.. huff.. There's someone... huff... Trespassed..! " said a kidnapper while catching breaths.

"WHAT?! AND WHO THE HELL WAS THAT? " yelled Rick's Dad.

"Don't let her escape" he commanded.

"Yes boss" said a Kidnapper.

Then Rick's Dad ran with his comrade to find the trespasser. Rick thought this is her chance to escape. So she fought the kidnapper who's holding her. Leaving the kidnapper in comatose. She went to Nanaba and set her free.

"Rick" said Nanaba and Hugged Rick.

"There's no time for this, Let's go! " said Rick.

NANABA'S POINT OF VIEW

Rick held my hand while running. Her hand is so cold. She's not like this from when we met. Why does she look so cold? Is that because of her Father?

Then we reached out somewhere big, since it's night we can't barely see through the dark. We saw a lot of dirty crates, boxes, newspapers and scattered used bullets. I think this is an abandoned building that they use it for hideout.

"Pay Attention " whispered Rick.

I nodded.

RICK'S POINT OF VIEW

It was too dark that I can't know if someone's here. It's scary if they find us here. Especially for my Fake Father.

I let go of Nanaba and tried to check all the doors.

"Isn't that too dangerous? Please stay with me, I don't want you to be lost again" said Nanaba.

"It'll be alright" I replied.

I opened a door, and we went in.

We saw pillars and lots of boxes. And it has lights, And we can see that there's the exit. Unfortunately, the kidnappers saw us. They called my Father and tried to fight us. So there's no choice to fight them.

~~A Moment Ago~~

We finally stayed them all down. Then my father came in. With a gun.

"Surrender or I'll shoot you" he said while pointing at me.

". . . " a Silence.

"I rep--" he said but trailed off as Zeke came.

"Eri! Go! " yelled Zeke.

"Zeke! " I shouted.

"You know him? " asked Nanaba.

I nodded.

"Hurry up! " commanded Zeke. But he was shot on the stomach.

"You bastard! " yelled My father then kicked off Zeke. Then he points his gun to Zeke's head.

"Rick, Let's go! " said Nanaba and grabbed me.

"Zeke! " I hesitated to escape.

"Begone.. " said My father to Zeke.

NARRATOR'S POINT OF VIEW

And suddenly Rick pushed his father's arm upward and made his father shoot at the ceiling.

Rick kicked him and stole the gun. She moved backward and pointed the gun to his father.

"E-eliana... " grunted Rick's father.

"I-I-I'll shoot you! " yelled Rick.

Rick's Father stood up.

"Eliana, I... " he said.

"I'm sorry for being a bad father to you" he continued.

"Don't... *cough* trust him! *cough* Eri! " yelled Zeke.

Rick looked at Zeke and turned back.

"Eliana, you've been a good daughter, just like your Mothers... " said Rick's father.

"Both fake.. And real" he continued.

"But I, have been a BAD husband, and father to you and my wife " he added.

"I'm sorry" he said.

"Don't get distracted by that Rick! Remember that he planned you! kidnapped us! And tried to kill us! " yelled Nanaba.

The lights are flickering/sparking.

"I'm sorry Eliana... " said Rick's father.

"BUT YOU HAVE TO DIIEE!! " he yelled then the lights went out.

*loud gunshot*
*loud sweep*

"Rick! " "Eri! " yelled both  Zeke and Nanaba.

Then the lights went on, still flickering.

Rick is on the floor, sitting. While his father has a hole on his forehead and bleeding.

"I'm glad that Rick's fine, but why is she on the floor? I'm scared that I can't approach them" thought Nanaba.

"I can'te even try to approach them, I keep bleeding, If I move, It'll bleed more" thought Zeke.

Rick turned her head to Nanaba and Zeke.

"Are you two fine? " asked Rick. Her voice changed.

"Y-yeah" said Nanaba.

Then Rick turned back.

"Then I'm glad... " she said softly.

"Rick? Are you okay? " asked Nanaba. And she finally got some guts to approach her. She was surprised as she saw her.
