The irregular beep rung through koronas ears as she sat up wiping her face. She stood up, and walked over to her dresser (dresser being a white basket with so many holes in it a shoe could fall through it) and grabbed a familiar smelling suit, skin tight, decorated with 14 white stripes down the leg, it was stark black and had a little snap that connected to boots with a small heel, which was no use to korona, being one of the tallest on the plant.
Korona rolled up the sleeves, with no objection from the guards, who wore red through blue arm bands and held no weapons, but a single knife with runes. Korona walked out of her room and into the white, brightly lit hallway. Korona walked passed other people in different colored suits, from blue through black, the suits were issued to match the trolls blood color exactly so they could be pinpointed as highbloods at first site
If you were caught wearing a different colored suit than your own you would be issued 10 lashes, and those friggin hurt, korona, having multiple areas of scarred skin, continued to defile the guards, and escape their grips. Korona reached into a small opening in one of the walls, and grabbed out a pair of aviator sunglasses, slipped them on, and walked outside, halfway out the door, she heard shouting, multiple guards were yelling at her to sign out, she rolled her eyes and walked in the building, messily writing her name largely and aggressively on the sheet, and threw the pen down, staring at the desk operator. Who was a white blooded beautiful troll, who stood 5'2 and always had her hair back in a tight ponytail. Korona shot her a kind but untrue smile and walked out the door. The impact of the pen had knocked over her name tag, which read saven.
She pushed the sunglasses up on her face, and walked to the convenient store, one of the only places that highbloods were aloud the purchase food. She walked in and was greeted with smiles from other highbloods, she grabbed a unlabeled energy drink, and walked up to the counter, she pulled out a dollar from her pocket, and looked at the newspaper, it read about the newest things happening in the lowblood world, including the riots held by the hippie lowbloods, who didn't understand the difference in blood.
Korona rolled her eyes and walked out, walking down the road, she felt a million eyes on her, her family was completely extinct, including her mother, who was killed at one of the first rallies of the rebellion. Low Bloods and mudbloods were respected as law abiding citizens, they were aloud to wear normal clothes, and go into restaurants, and drive cars, and do basically everything the highbloods couldn't.
Korona was decently attractive, as noticed by some of the girls at the plant, korona turned around and started to walk back to the plant. The plant was a secluded area from all of the lowbloods houses, surrounded by a fence that was never closed, it was home to most of the highbloods in her town. Being a black blood, her status was somehow automatically greater than most at the plant. The plant was a sort of a jail for all highbloods. If a highblood was seen walking into a restaurant, they would be thrown out. This topic was often described as hemophobia amongst the trolls.
"Once upon a time, there was a guy names signless." korona started to her peers, who have already heard the story, but korona was an excellent comedic storyteller, meaning that she could take any story, no matter how horrible=, and use it to make people laugh.
"He was this huge dick who believed that since his mom and dad were killed by highbloods, that all highbloods were nutzo, therefore, us being locked up in this shithole." korona put emphasis on the word shithole to get the guards attention, he walked over and planted his feet in front of korona. He wore a yellow armband, and 3d glasses, which brought him a more goofy appearance.
"Couldn't help but here your complaint."
"Yeah well no shit, i yelled it."
the other trolls snicked, but didn't try to get in immediate trouble, by following koronas streak with this particular officer. He squinted his eyes.
"Say shit one more time." he stated, obviously growing with anger.
Korona stared at him and began to smile
"Sh-" korona began to say it, but sollux had balled up his fist and slammed it into koronas face, out of endorphins, korona fell off her chair, landing on her bent arms. Korona couldn't get up, it was like her body had gone numb. Knowing he was returning with a greater threat to the healing wounds on her back, she got up and ran through the door, leaving not but a second for saven to look up from her book. She looked back down into her paper and presses a small yellow button. Alarms started to go off, and all the highbloods were forced onto the bloor. Korona heard the shouts of the officers and sprinted into the crowded town, she tried her best to avoid the lowbloods, but some suffered the blow of her shoulder.
She scouted the area for anywhere that highbloods could pass through, hearing the stomping footsteps getting closer, she ran to a high fence blocking the entrance to a truck she planted her foot on the highest point she could reach, and threw herself over the fence, landed hard on her back on the other side, she scuttled to her feet, and reach the open gate, she jumped over a low fence into the outer backyard to a bar. sHe saw an open window and leaped in, turning around mid air, and sliding in, leaving a burning feeling on her back, she stood up quickly and slid over an empty spot over the bar and enclosed her body as small as she could, and hoped that the lowbloods in the bar wouldn't rat her out.
She heard the guards stumble passed and leave down the road. Her chest was rising extremely quickly, and she was having a hard time breathing. She screamed st herself in her head to breath, but the overwhelming flow of blood slowed her mind, and she felt the world go black, as her clutch on the cupboard handle loosed, and she slumped over onto the clean barroom floor
