Ignited Emptiness [BlazRra FF Competition Entry] [COMPLETED]

What makes him HIM

Here is my entry for Rra_012 FF competition~

“Blazing Shurikens!! Hya!” Blaze’s voice can be heard training his new skill with Ice at a park.

“Nice, but take this! Water Geyser!” Ice counterattack was powerful as well. Both of them are trying hard to overpower each other. Then, Blaze tricked Ice by saying “Hey, free pillow!!”

“Huh? Where-” “Blazing Fist!” Ice didn’t even finished the sentence before he got hit by Blaze. Ice then went tumbling around twenty meters away.

“Urgh... *cough cough* How dare you Blaze...” Ice said angrily, while his clothes is slightly burned.

“Sorry Ice~ Well, learn the person to beat him, Fran always said” Fran: I never remember when I said that, and I thought I’m not in this fanfic. Zyx: You aren’t Blaze replied as he pulled Ice back up.

“Since when did you take advice, hot boy?” Ice replied jokingly. As both of them were enjoying their time, Rra who coincidentally jogs around the park went to them.

“Hey boys. Did you guys battle against each other again?” Rra asked while panting lightly Zyx: Is that even a word?

“Yeah, and I beat Ice~” Blaze said while showing a peace sign.

“Nice...” Rra said, hiding her disappointment from not being able to wield any Element.

“Don’t worry Rra. Fran might have a spare Element one day. Fran: Why does this sentence makes me think that Elements are tools? Zyx: Who knows, who knows” Quake said as he came to the three of them.

“How did you know?” Rra asked confused. “Well, let’s just say that it is clearly written on your face, Serra” Quake replied with a chuckle.

“Hey Quake, can I go to-” “No. If your question is “Can you go to the theme park”, then no” Quake interrupted Blaze’s question.

“Mou, so rude...” Blaze pouted as Rra giggled to Blaze’s sentence.

“Hey Quake, can I accompany him? Well, I could keep an eye on him” Rra volunteered.

“You’ll just forget the world once you’re enjoying it. But I guess it’s fine, as long as you promise that you’ll keep an eye on Blaze” Quake replied.

“Hey Rra, aren’t you scared that I might use my power against you?” Blaze said.

“If you asked that way, I could see that you have no intention in doing it on the first place” Rra replied calm.

“Anyway, let’s go home and eat the breakfast, or else it will go to waste”

“Yay! Breakfast, WAIT FOR MEE!!!!” Blaze yelled loud as he charged to his food.

“This boy will never mature, won’t he?” Quake said, worries in his voice.

“Yeah, but I guess that’s what makes him... him” Rra said while smiling slightly.
