EXTENDED SUMMARY:

Alexander Twill didn't know what the word obscurity meant until he found a mysterious parchment in the hole of the old oak tree that grew on the outskirts of his high school.

What was supposed to be a search party for his age-old compass entrusted to him by his great-grandfather (he could feel him rolling in his grave because of disappointment), turned into a life changing eye-opener, all in the form of a moldy and washed up flowery stationery that was filled with the looming thoughts and mistrusted lies of a mysterious misfit.

Xander doesn't know what to make of a letter that clearly wasn't meant for him to read, but when he goes back and finds more of these obscured thoughts on paper, what he realizes isn't that this very troubled teenager had a knack for poetry, or a deeper sense of the world--it's that it might be more than just a few mysterious letters. It could very well be a cry for help; and he's the only one who hears her.

With only her troubled words to guide him, an entire high school bursting with insecure and hormonal teenagers, and a very, very annoying best friend that only speaks in stupid, Xander must delve deep into her mind; leading him into an even bigger search--one that could just cost him everything that he knows about himself.

Because what he realizes after delving deeper and deeper into this obscurity's messed up brain could very well be the most important realization he's ever made.

He's an obscurity too.

Hello. Hi.

So yes, new story.  This is just something that I've been thinking about in my head, so I'm so glad that I'm finally going to be able to write it.

I hope you guys like it, and yep.  Don't be a ghost reader and tell me what you think :>

xx,
