Not too long after we met, and after lots of texting back and forth, SN and I made plans with my friend NB and his friend AL. AL and NB were friends already.
I was picked up, and the ride there was rather uncomfortable for me because I was quiet and...awkward.
The four of us, including the person who drove us, went and ate at the Family Restaurant. I sat across from him and next to NB. I don't remember exactly what I had, but it had a piece of garlic bread, which I ate a little of before giving the rest to NB. I was nervous, okay? I couldn't eat.
The next place we went to was SN's place.
The four of us hung out for a while and it was there that SN and I started getting comfortable around each other and we cuddled on the futon.
Dollar Tree was next. SN and I held hands. We picked out snacks to sneak into the movie we were going to see.
Beauty and the Beast. I can't even watch that movie without thinking of SN and I. We sat next to each other in the back, NB and AL sat somewhere else. The two of us held hands and shared glances during the movie, made small talk...
SN and I became us that day.
