Chapter 5

Katrina's  P.O.V

2 Hours Later

" There you should start to feel better now. There might be a small bruise but it's better than a concussion ", Eren finished applying the ice bag to my head and set the bag on the table.

" Thank you Eren ", I smiled to Eren for his kind treatment. He smiled as well with a slight nod.

Me, Eren, Levi, Mr. Firestone and the rest of our friends were gathered in a private room as they all chatted while Eren and Mr. Firestone attended to my head. Levi noticed the ice bag being placed on the table and sighed as he got out of his chair and walked to the middle of the room facing me.

" Finally now that the whole thing with your head is out of the way, we can get back to business while we can ", Levi announced as he crossed his arms, everyone stopped chatting and faced him to listen in on the conversation. That's right, Levi offered me and Eren a profession earlier in the rink but we didn't get to talk about it much. 

" This years new season in the Pro Figure Skating Major Leagues Competition, I want both of you to compete "

I shook my head from my memory.

" What makes you think you want to make a group of kids like us just randomly join a Competition like this? Were talking about the Major Leagues right here. Not just some Varsity Figure Skating like we do ", I exclaimed.

" Exactly my point. I've seen you and Eren skate before from previous competitions and I knew those competitions were way out of your league than the actual leveled competitions you SHOULD be skating in ", Levi poured himself a cup of tea while he was talking and took a sip right after.

" He does have a point Katrina. I've seen you and Eren out there on the ice and I always wonder why you both aren't playing for professional sports ", Mr. Firestone joined in on the conversation as he grunted trying to sit.

" Thanks Firestone. But this seems a pretty BIG step from starting at Varsity skating to Pro Major Leagues skating, ", Levi poured me a cup of tea and handed it to me as I took a sip.

" I don't know Katrina. It seems everything is a BIG step for you sense your only 5'2 so this wo- ", before Jean could finish off his sentence I threw my shoe at his face that I took right off my foot. Jean groaned holding his forehead, I could hear Eren snicker and try and hold in a laugh as much as he could.

" So what if it's a big step Katrina? That big step could change your life! You can learn and get so many things out of crazy competitions like this! All the great people you'll meet and I even heard that they had great food to offer as well! ", Sasha replied as she was trying to do some sort of stunt in her chair with Connie. I glanced over at her as I picked up my shoe I threw at Jean and put it back on my foot, sitting back in my chair.

" Katrina. Mikasa and I learned a lot from your knowledge when it came to figure skating. Maybe you should try to go outside of teaching and compete in bigger competitions like we have watched on TV ", Armin replied with a calm tone and warm smile as Mikasa nodded in agreement.

" Didn't you say this was your biggest dream Katrina? Being able to compete in the Pro Major Leagues Competitions? ", Eren asked as he took as seat next to me with his warm tea as well.

Well he is right. Sense I was a little kid, I always dreamed of being the great Figure Skater to at least represent Japan. I remember ranting on and on about it with Mr. Firestone when he was the only person I could talk to, that was before I met Eren and the others. Then when I learned about Levi seeing all his gold medals and beautiful performances, I visualized me being exactly like him, maybe even better. I sighed as I stared into my reflection from the tea then sat it down on the table.
