I can't believe I'm here right now. How did this even happen!? I found the girl that I love, from a shoe? Huh.
I look down under the table for a second and see we have the same rose vans on.
"AYE! Same shoes baby!" I kinda shouted, but not too loud.
"Aye!" She says giggling
"Your giggle is so attractive," I said and she blushed looking down.
"You're gorgeous Orchird, don't hide your smile," I told her lifting her chin up.
"Awe Corbyn," She said with puppy dog eyes. "you're amazing," she said, I smiled.
Her phone rings.
"Oh, one sec it's my mom," She said so I nod. She walks outside and I pull out my phone and scroll through Instagram. A couple seconds later she runs in and grabs her stuff, kisses my head and takes off. She didn't say a word. Huh? Well okay hopefully everything's okay. I'll check on her later. I go up to the cashier and grab one more ice coffee for later.
I paid and left.
DING
"Huh?" I said in my head. It's a text from Orchid.

I'm just glad she apologized. It meant a lot, but she didn't need to. A couple mins later I'm scrolling through the gram and see that she posted a picture of her and her mom in the hospital.

Oh, it's her mom. That's the reason.
