"What's his problem?" I asked the shy awkward girl beside me.
"I don't know," She whispered.
"Why are you whispering?"
"Why aren't you whispering?" She whisper-shouts at me.
I give her an odd look.
"Ms. Court, can you remind me of what I just said?"
"I don't know but I'm pretty sure you don't have memory loss, Mr. King," I said aloud unconsciously.
The class stared at me, eyes almost as wide as their mouths.
The boy finally looked at me. He picked up his things and headed for the door.
"David," Mr. King said. "Don't make me have to give you detention again."
"It's not like I'll go anyway," He muttered as he walked out.
I grabbed my stuff and ran out after him.
"Why do you hate me so much?" I asked. "You barely know me."
"I don't want to get to know you," He quickly snapped.
"What did I do?"
"You caused everything to fall to chaos because you're weak."
"David," I said with annoyance.
"I know your secret, little Witch." He said in a low voice. "What you've done can't be unseen. You're father couldn't just do his job and give a message to the clan he had to fall in love."
