Chapter 2

So that's how my story begun.

I'm Beatrix Skywalker (no, i'm not related to Luke) everyone calls me Iris though because my mom loves that flower. She said I reminded her of it, unique and beautiful, so she started calling me Iris and everyone followed.

I'm nineteen years old and as i told you before I have two older brothers; Andrew and Zach. We're all two years apart from each other with Z being the oldest.

Drew an I are close, he's a big ole teddy bear even though he appears stone faced most of the time, Z's different he's kinda like me I guess, he appears to be happy all the time but sadness hides behind his dazzling smiles and playful blue gaze, we aren't that close but we're us.

Drew and Z has our dads' blue eyes with jet black hair, while I have a mix of mom and dads' gray/blue eyes with moms, sandy blond locks.

My eye color depens mostly on my mood. Blue when I'm sad, gray when I'm light and happy....

Anyway so back to me.

I've always felt like I spent my days in a haze a happy one, that is on the outside. On the inside I was hollow, with no life, no feelings.

Only at nights when I was alone, is when my true self would shine through. When i'd think about all my lies, my failures and i'd cry myself to sleep, wishing that I wouldn't wake up the next day. Where I'd have to act happy again to please everyone.

So thats how my days went by.

That is until the day I met Arrow, Zach's bestfriend....
