when Shane came after his date with Mitchie and stood by Nate

Jason walks up to them standing next to Shane
"I really like her but I'm having a really hard time telling her how I really feel"Nate says with a frown
"your a rockstar dude,use it"Jason says with a smirk
"I don't think she cares, she just wants to know all the dumb random stuff about me"Nate says
"It's not random stuff she just wants to know that you care enough to let her know who you really are "Shane says
"Well I care,I just don't know how to say it"Nate says nervously

and then Shane and Jason leave
