TIME TO FLOAT

Red Balloons

The next morning, Bill had woken up early as he hadn't had enough sleep since the day before. He kept thinking about Georgie and Pennywise, after what he saw down the basement. He forgot the fact that Pennywise used to capture children by using their weaknesses against them, and Bill's weakness would always be Georgie. Bill went to tell his parents what happened, but on second thought, he didn't. His mind would always echo the voice of Georgie saying, 'You'll Float Too'. He couldn't get it out of his mind so he tried to tell his most trusted friend, Daniel and Kyle.
      Soon after he had breakfast, he went to Kyle's house to meet his friends there because they had to meet their football coach about the finals. When he arrived there, he saw that Daniel was already there and had no patience to tell what he saw yesterday night. As soon as Kyle saw Bill, he was shocked and asked,

"Dude, what happened to you? You look like you haven't slept throughout the night....."

"Well, there you have your answer. I couldn't sleep because i saw something horrifying yesterday night." Said Bill, releasing a big Yawn.

"Tell us!" said Daniel.

"Ok, here goes. Last night when i was getting ready for sleep, a sound came down from the basement. I was keen in going checking in out so i went down there. The floor was full of water because a pipe had broken and had leaked throughout the whole evening. The most shocking thing was that Georgie was there!" said Bill with excitement at that moment.

"Georgie?" asked Kyle. "How can it be?"

"Well, listen to the rest of the story. He was there behind a shelf that was stacked at the corner of the basement. He was wearing the yellow raincoat I saw him last with. He spoke with me  very gently until....."

"Until what?" asked Daniel.

"He suddenly said that he was going to take me down the sewers. He also kept repeating, 'You'll Float Too'....."

"Ok, thats so creepy...." said Kyle shivering in fear.

"So what happened next?" asked Daniel, being very keen to here the whole story.

"Suddenly, Georgie started screaming and faded away. With that moment, Pennywise jumped out of the water and started running towards me with a horrific scream. I ran everywhere and at the end, I climbed up the stairs and locked the basement door."

"P-P-Pennywise? At your house? How can that b-be?" asked Kyle with a shivering voice.

"I don't even know how the heck he got down there. It can't be possible but he was there. Im telling the truth." said Bill.

"Ok, i know your telling the truth. Pennywise can appear anywhere where a puddle of water is. Its an ability of him that no one can actually understand...."

"Yes, we might as well think that. We better hurry, we're running late for the meeting." Said Kyle.

"Yes, we better get going. Our coach must be waiting for us."

So Bill, Kyle and Daniel were off to the central grounds to meet their football coach about the finals. They had to go through an abandoned house that seemed to be a lot creepy. It was horrid as if a monster lived there but anyway, they had to go through it. Once they were about to go through the road, Kyle started screaming....

"BILL!! LOOK OVER THERE!! I SAW PENNYWISE!!" Shouted Kyle with a horrified voice. Bill and Daniel stopped paddling their bikes and looked at the direction where Kyle was pointing at.

"Where?" Asked Daniel.

"There there...."

"What? I see no pennywise there. Its just a bunch of red balloons floating for no matter." Said Bill.

"Stop there for a moment, Bill." Said Daniel.

"Why? Did i say anything wrong?" Asked Bill.

"You just found out our next clue...." said Daniel with excitement.

"Well, what is it?" Asked Kyle.

Here, let me explain. Pennywise would always carry red balloons with him. He uses the balloons to show people that he's here, nearby. He just holds up the balloons and smiles with a terrifying face at kids who he comes through and they would never be found again...." replied Daniel.

"Oh, so thats why he uses the phrase, "YOU'LL FLOAT TOO" isn't it? Asked Kyle.

"Exactly, Kyle...." replied Daniel.

"Ok guys we better get going then. We wouldn't want to fall into the hands of Pennywise do we??" Asked Bill.

"No absolutely not. Lets go guys... we're running late...." said Daniel getting his bike ready that was on the creepy road.
