Last Saturday, i went to University of Indonesia with some of my friends,Marsa, Akbari, Taufiq, Jamal, Toni, Delvin and Dafdit to attend the Faculty of Economic and Business event. So i went there by train, and i met Akbari, Taufiq, and Jamal at Manggarai station. We were supposed to meet at 07.00 am but Jamal came late so we had to waited for him for about 20 minutes. After Jamal arrived, then we rode the train to University of Indonesia and we met Marsa at Cawang station.
When we arrived, we were confused how to get to the faculty of economic and business,so we tried to call our senior and she said that we can ride a bikun (yellow bus) but we have to wait a little bit longer so we gave up on the bus and we decided to walk. On our way to the feb campus,i really fascinated by all the things because it was my first time to UI.
After about 15 minutes of walking, the feb building was seen and the feb students greeted and guided us to the entrance. But Dafdit, Delvin, and Jamal hadn't arrived yet,so Marsa and I decided to go in first without the boys. Our ticket was being checked and we got a piece of paper which is the map and a bracelet as a sign. After being checked Marsa and I were confused which place should we go first until someone came to us and his name is Mahesa. He is an eleventh grade student too and he said that no one from his school come to this event, so we agreed to stick together.
We agreed to do a campus tour first. One of the feb student explained to us about all the buildings in this faculty and the function of every room and building. Then we joined the simulation class. The simulation classes were so usefull and some of the feb student were looking so good.
I really love the place near the fountain and the feb students also sold a few souvenirs there, like sticker and fan. I bought the fan because it was so hot. The feb students also rent their yellow jacket for only eight thousand rupias. And i took a picture in front of the feb fountain with the yellow jacket on me and I felt so happy and I hope that i could go back to this fountain again in two years as a feb students.
