I thought my life is worth living and I'm so very blessed to have everything.
Knowing that my parents really love me and willing to give everything to make me happy, they give the best education, shelter, clothes, gadgets, wealth, and specialy love and care but...
behind those blessings I had, I still feel incomplete.
I am Aether Dein Monroa. 24. I finished my college as an Architect at De La Salle University.
I also Study abroad for further knowledge and skills on Architecturing and also in Business Management.
My father decided to retire and pass the responsibility on handling our company to me. Even if Im not really interested on it, Im really obliged because Im the first born child.
I have a youngest brother, his name is Aeron Sean Monroa. His only 6 years old.
I have a lot of dreams that turns into ash. I want to build my own Architectural Firm but as i've said. I will be the soon CEO of Monroa Real Estate Company.
In my dreams, It includes the girl who I love and adore the most. The girl who amazed me and caught my attention for a long time. The girl i want to spend my whole life and build our own family.
but everything was gone. Everything turns wrong. Everything has changed.
Totoo nga na walang permanente sa mundo kundi PAGBABAGO. Pagkatapos ng mga sunod sunod na hindi inaasahang pangyayari, di ko rin namalayan na magbabago ang lahat.
"Wuzzup bro! Buti nakarating ka. Akala namin nila Neon di kana pupunta"
bati saakin ni Jarrick pagkarating ko sa bar na madalas namin tambayan. Nginitian naman ako ni Neon at tinuon ulit ang atensyon sa babaeng kalampungan nya dito sa usual spot namin. Iginala ko naman yung tingin ko sa buong couch kung sino sino pa ang kasama namin mag chill ngayon and good thing, aside from my bestfriends Jarrick and Neon ay yung isang babae lang na nilalandi nitong kulugo kong kaibigan. Tss. Fccboi tong Hype na to -.- Ayaw tumulad saakin. Bitter for life.
Naupo na ko sa tabi ni Jarrick at kumuha ng isang bote ng beer na nasa bucket.
"Kamusta ka naman after iannounce ni tito Dyther na after this summer you need to commit on your business?" jarrick ask.
I sigh before speaking. "Medyo na shock" tipid kong sagot sabay lagok sa beer na hawak ko. I hear jarrick says "woah" before tapping my shoulder.
"Nagiimprove ka na bro! You're not A ONE WORD MAN anymore. Its Three words you know? haha! thats so unusual"
pang-aasar nya saakin. Tss. sabagay I can't blame him or them coz' I am really not into a long conversation. Lagi akong tipid sumagot. Wala akong gana magsalita. Sa dami ng pinapasan kong problema mas pinipili ko nalang manahimik. Ewan ko ba. Mas magaan ang pakiramdam ko whenever I keep silent. I don't even give a d*mn chance to other people to enter or interfere with my life. I'm closed for everything and for everyone. Except for my parents and for this two idiots that, a friends of mine.
"Achievement na yun bro. Ang hirap kaya pagsalitain nyang si Dein. Akala mo pipi. haha" singit naman ni Neon sa usapan. Napalingon kami sakanya ni Jarrick at napansin na wala na yung babaeng kalandian nya kanina.
"Kung nagtataka kayo kung nasaan na yung chix ko kanina, wala na sya. Pinaalis ko na. Nabobored na kase ako so I let her go home alone" sabi nya na parang nahulaan yung iniisip namin ni Jarrick.
Jarrick shoot him a light punch on his tummy before cursing.
"Akala ko kaming dalawa nalang ni Dein ang maguusap dito hanggang mamaya eh. Busy ka kase sa mga babae mo. Tss. Alam mo naman na ang tipid tipid nitong mokong na to magsalita" pagrereklamo ni jarrick at nagtawanan nalang kaming tatlo. Habang umiinom kami, may mga babae na napapadaan sa side namin na akala mo nakakita ng artista o greek gods. Tss. Kilig na kilig sila at parang gusto kami lapitan pero nagpapabebe pa. Gross -.- Im not interested anyway. Napatigil ako sa pag tingin-tingin sa loob ng bar ng magsalita si Neon.
"By the way, may naisip akong magandang Idea guys, Since nalalapit na ang pagiging ganap na Ceo ni Dein at magiging busy na sya, bakit di nalang natin lubus-lubusin ang natitirang araw ng kalayaan nya? Like we go to a beach resort para magbakasyon since summer naman oh?! Ano? Deal?"
tama naman sya. Bakit di ko nalang samantalahin yung kalayaan ko at ienjoy ang summer.
"Gusto ko yan Neon! I like the idea! Saan naman tayo magbebeach?" jarrick excitedly shouts with matching claps.
"Basta! ako na bahala doon! For sure mageenjoy tayo! yuhoo! Deal?" He smiled brightly and his eyes are twinkling like a child excited for a trip.
"Deal" i said. and the two idiots Appear their hands and happily drink their beer before running on the dance floor, leaving me all alone in this U-shape couch.
