I woke up in the dark. Alone. I thought of those people in the train cart. Why? So I went to find them. First, I ate my only apple that I packed. I was still pretty dizzy.

I climbed the fence and crept to the cart. It was padlocked. Easy. I got my clip out of my hair and opened it. Took two seconds flat. I opened it slowly so it wouldn't creak, and got slammed to the floor. A powerful hand was holding me down.

"don't!" I whisper " I'm helping!"

My eye's adjust and I realize the cart is full. Ringleader is holding me down. "Who are you?" he asks. "Why are you here?"

"I thought you needed help" I say "those people were shooting at you!"

He lets go of me and I look around for my crossbow. Archer is holding it, examining it. he grunts and hands it back. "It's not mine" he says. I look around at all the scared faces. "Do you guys need help?" they nod. Ringleader says "We really need help. We have no weapons, but I left some in the woods before we came. If you go back and get them, We can make a run for it."

"Ok" I say. "Where is it?" he tells me where to go, and be careful.

"I'll be back in a bit."  I say, turning around.

"Wait." Says Ringleader "somebody should go with her.

"I can handle myself, Thanks," I angrily retort. Then I walk out, shutting the door but not locking it.

I barely get ten feet from the cart when Kid comes running out. "I'm coming with you" he says. I sigh and continue walking.

" I never got your name." he whispers as we climb the fence.

"Tally" I say bluntly.  he looks at me and laughs "Like a tally mark, math?"

" Oh haha, a clown. Or is everybody who survived like this? making fun of my name." I say angrily and stomp into the woods.

"Geez calm down," he says catching up to me. "I was joking."

He stepped into the lead and starts walking towards where the guns were hidden. " You know, I thought somebody who would rescue us whould at least ask for names."

"I already know you." I say. "We went to elementary school together.
