"Well I guess this is it." Ava signs as we face our parents at the airport, ready to board. Ava's mum started to cry and caused to bring a lot of attention to us, but we sort of mixed in with the crowd because a lot of family's were crying. "Mom don't cry please, I told my self that I wouldn't get onto the plane crying." Ava says putting her carry on bags on the floor.
"I'm sorry it's just Josh, now you." Ava's mom leaned her head on Ava.
Josh is Ava's older brother who lives over in America too he moved around the. Same age as me and Ava for a work trip and it was Only meant to be for a year, but he ended up loving it so he stayed."Ken and I are going to have to start reproducing." she says bursting in tears.
"Okay mom, that's were we draw the line, I think I'm just gonna go board the plane now..." Ava says looking disgusted as she pulled her mom off her.
"Sweetheart make sure to call me as soon as you land to tell me you made it okay?" Mom said as she looked at me with tears starting to build up in her eyes.
"Yeah I will I promis-" the airports over speaker interrupted me.
"Flight 189, Sydney to Los Angeles, California. Prepare for boarding."
"Well that's us!" I say with a smile.
