Stress is unevitable.
We all must have had stress before.
Exams, jobs, interviews, responsiblilties... the list goes on.
All of these impact stress on us, and as they do so, you feel pressure, pushing you down, your thoughts get jumbled up, until... the wheel breaks the butterfly.
You feel as if you have a weight of the universe on your shoulders.
Stress holds you back, tries to control you. Do not let that happen.
You need to get rid of stress. It never leaves for good. It will come back eventually.
You just need to relax.
Relaxing is the key.
No need to clench your muscles. Relax.
Relax, and do a hobby. Reading, for instance, or a brisk sport.
Stress is a part of our lives, but it can be prevented.
A/N- Levitate_Leviosa here, and I feel really bad for making the lovely readers wait for so long. But I have exams coming soon, and I need to study a lot of topics. Hope you understand.
On the other hand, I will not post during exam week, or even just after it finishes. After exam week, I am taking another week as a short break. Expect my next post on November 23rd, exactly two weeks after I posted this.
This speech about stress is dedicated to all students going under the frustration of exams. I expect many schools will be having exams by now or next week, and my school is one of them.
My speech-making was put on hold for a while, because I needed as much time as I could get to study and eat, and I also need to make a speech for a school prize-giving occasion next month. Let's say that it needs to be two minutes long. But I am good at timed speeches, so it would not be much of a challenge.
But I am not putting that timed speech over here, because it involves personal names being called out.
This speech which I just posted, was actually printed on the school newspaper, magazine and blog two days ago. Students are currently sending me replies, saying that they can clearly relate. 😂😂😂
Some of you might be thinking why I would not post on my exam break after my exams finish. The reason is that I am getting used to sleeping for only 4 to 5 hours per day. Studying is crammed into my daily routine, I have more duties and conferences to attend, and I need to relax once the exams finish. After the exams, I need to change my sleep schedule to 6 to 7 hours. And this time, I am entering a major year, where the teachers take exams, marks and grades very seriously.
In the week-long-break, I will be working on the timed speech for the prize-giving occasion. There's a high chance that the date could be changed to late November instead. Not only that, I will be thinking about the next post as well. Since this post was a speech, the next will be helping you out on the stage.
Remember:
Next post due on: 23rd November, 2017.
Topic: How to capture your audience's attention.
Yours truly,
