Moana POV
I walked across the shore of the water, singing 'how far I'll go.' I hadn't noticed but a few minute later I had started humming 'you're welcome' but stopped myself. I sat down on the shore and thought of my friend Maui. He had left about a month after Te Fiti and never came back. I hadn't realized how much I cared about him until he left...I realized I was crying and wiped my face and said in song "what is wrong with me...?" I ran my hand through my curls and though of the nickname he gave me. I remembered him saying 'hey curly' every morning to me for the entire month and it always made me smile. I starting singing "I was an island

I started humming a beat that matches the song and then I continue singing.

Once I'm done singing I get up and look at the ocean...I notice a glowing rock near the deeper parts of the shore. I found myself slowly walking toward it.
