chapter 5 Best friend

I am sleeping in a peaceful state. Than I feel poking at my arm. I throw them off. I heard a thud and than a grunt. I smile.

I feel more poking. I growl. "Get off leave me alone."

"No get up Ash," Sam said.

"Leave. Me. Alone," I say with gritted teeth.

A low growl erupts from his chest. I push him off. He fell to the ground with a loud thud. He grunts once more and he jumps on me. I growl throwing him off. Today wasnt the day to mess with me. I had lack of sleep.

"Sam today isn't the day to mess with me," I say.

"Sowwy," he says.

"Its fine i didn't get much sleep," I say with a weak smile.

"I'll make sure you'll get a nap today," he said. "Meet me in my room after lunch."

I walk down stairs and get something to eat. I was looked at and I heard Anna say "she looks like she's mad at Alpha." I glance at her and I go up to her.

"I'm not mad at Sam, I'm just tired. If you heard me yell I'm sorry," I apologize.

"Ash its fine. I need to talk to you after breakfast," she says.

"Ok, I will mind link you when I'm done," I say. "I'll be in my room eating Sam doesn't care."

"Ok. See you," she says waving.

I head to my room and I see a worried Matt. I looked at him Confused. Shit. He looks like he wants to do something to me. A wave of pain hits me. That wave of pain causes my plate to fall and I wanted Sam bad. I mind link him.

Sam. I don't feel good I have to go to Carlisle. Come now. Matt is approaching me and his eyes are dark and-

And what? Hello

Matt cut off my mind link and he had kissed me. I'm sorry. I think he is attracted to my scent somehow.

Oh shit. I'm coming now.

Sam bursts through my door and pushes Matt. "Don't touch her ever again."

"I'm sorry her scent is strong," Matt apologizes.

"Its fine," Sam says.

Sam looks at me and takes my hand and pulls me to Carlisle. I had to close my eyes in order not to have pain.

"Alpha," Carlisle said. "Put her on the bed please."

He lays me on the medical bed and I start breathing heavily. I was crying I felt the tears.

"She is going through heat, mark her so it doesn't happen again," Carlisle said. Sam nods his head.

"Please head out and I'll call you back in," Sam said. Carlisle nods.

He looks at me and I nod my head telling him he can mark me. I suck in the breath and he kisses my neck. He bites my neck. I wince at the pain. He slowly pulls away and looks at me. The mark heals in a few short seconds.
