My name is Luna Valentine, and I am a "good" witch. I am going to tell you a story about Victoria, a "bad" witch, who was taken over by jealousy and attempted to use magic to steal my boyfriend. It all started on a beautiful, sunny day in November.

"When's he gonna be here?" Alice asked me, as she swayed back and forth on the swing. She was so graceful, as if she was in a movie. I was on the swing beside her. Alice Winter was my best friend. She had very short black hair and green eyes. She was a witch like me, and we also lived together.

"Any minute now," I replied. It was quiet for a while, and all you could hear were the birds singing their lovely songs and the occasional leaves floating in the wind. My long, dark brown hair almost touched the ground as I leaned back in my swing. The sound of a car horn broke the silence and I sat back up in my swing.

"He's here!" I said, excited. I ran to the other side of the house. Alice followed behind me and went inside. My house was small, but it was nice and welcoming. It was very peaceful everywhere around it, because Alice and I casted a blessing spell on the entire area in order to keep it safe from evil spirits. When I reached the front, I spotted a familiar silver Volvo. It belonged to my wonderful boyfriend, Jonathan Reynolds. His parents recently bought it for him for his nineteenth birthday. He's just a year older than me and Alice. I had turned eighteen back in May and Alice's birthday was in July. Jonathan stepped out of the car and shut the door behind him. He always looked stunning, with his chestnut-brown hair and hazel eyes. He smiled and walked up to me. He wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed me on the head. He was a bit taller than me, but only by a couple of inches.

"You look beautiful." He said to me. He was always so comforting. I looked up at him and smiled.

"Let's go inside with Alice." I said, letting go of his embrace. We walked into the house and I noticed that Alice was in the kitchen.

"Cooking something, Alice?"

"Yeah, popcorn." She said, as she walked out of the kitchen. "I thought we'd watch a movie or something." I turned and looked at Jonathan, and I could tell by the expression on his face that he liked the idea.

"Sounds good." I replied. Jonathan and I walked into the living room and sat on the couch. I grabbed the remote, turned on the T.V, and started up Netflix.

"What movie should we watch?"

"Twilight!" I heard Alice yell excitedly from the kitchen. Jonathan and I looked at each other and laughed.

"That's repulsive!" I yelled back at her. I secretly enjoy Twilight, and I think the story is sweet, but the movie does have some cringe-worthy moments. She walked into the living room with a big bowl full of popcorn.

"Well, we can watch it and laugh together about how bad it is." She remarked. I jokingly rolled my eyes and played the movie.

At the end of the movie, during the part where Bella and Edward are slow dancing at the prom, I put my hand on Jonathan's and looked at him. He looked down at my hand nervously and looked back up at the T.V. His reaction seemed quite strange, but I figured maybe it was just me. I shook the thought away and continued to watch the movie. When it was over, I got closer to him and laid my head on his shoulder. He resisted my gesture and looked nervously at me, then he stared at the floor.

"Is everything okay?" I asked, concerned.

"Uh, I'm not feeling myself right now. I think I'm gonna head home."

He stood up and walked towards the door. I got up and followed him to his car. Before he got inside, he turned and kissed me hesitantly.

"Bye" he said, as he got in his car and shut the door. I mouthed "I love you" to him, but he only nodded with an obviously fake smile. I was confused and quite worried. I walked back into the house and explained to Alice what had happened. She agreed that his behavior was strange. Jonathan and I had been together for two years, and we were perfect. We'd maybe had about one or two little arguments, but nothing serious.
